Dani and Grif offer modifications as needed and correct your form during the workouts to prevent injuries. “I was unfamiliar with Orangetheory and attended the free intro session because my trepidatious spouse was getting marked results in just a couple of weeks.I've attended two classes, and have signed up for the unlimited package.I found the classes were a great workout and adjustable to any fitness level. The classes I attended had a combination of core, cardio, and strength components.Josh was the "coach". Orangetheory coaches are an amalgam of a personal trainer and a rave DJ.He effectively monitored everyone's activity to ensure they were using appropriate form and fitness level adjustments.In addition he made sure the energy level was upbeat and fun.I found it an excellent way to improve my fitness level, overcoming issues I had with getting started and establishing a routine.”

“This is the only gym you should join! The ownership and staff are amazing. This is by gar the cleanest gym I've ever been a member of. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and the BEST coaches I've ever come to know. The equipment is always clean and ready to use. Some gyms go cheap and have old Olympic bars, weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc, not Invictus Seattle. They do a lot for their members. It doesn't feel transactional. The community involvement is heart warming and the members who workout there are very down to earth people. This is not a Bro gym, it's a wonderful community of people who care, share their knowledge, and fitness experience thoughtfully. And I love the extras they do like Yin Yoga on Sundays (just what I need after going hard during the week) & the 30 minute strength -only classes. Fun that you can even get an occasional boxing class in. Courtney, the owner, does a great job of creating a fun community through the gym (and she remembers EVERYONE’S names in every class which shows how much she cares). If your goal is to build a strong lean body and you need workouts that are different everyday to keep you engaged, this gym is a great option.”

“I generally consider myself self motivated and push myself to workout harder. So I had my own apprehensions what OTF could do that can change my workouts. I went for a trial class anyway, and got totally hooked onto it right away! The entire experience of working out with a group of motivated individuals, great music and awesome coaches was something I’ve never experienced before. I walked out burning double the calories I would’ve burned if I were working out myself. It is expensive for sure but the monthly commitments make it easy to sign up and cancel anytime! “My kids love to visit YMCA. Everything is good quality. Instructors are knowledgeable and nice. It has reasonable pricing for membership and other courses. They offer free coffee to members. There is a nice waiting area on the second floor for parents to wait for kids while they do their class.”
