“I don’t often take the time to write google reviews, but I had such a great experience at this location I felt compelled to share. Michelle was kind enough to help me minutes before closing to overnight an exceptionally important document that needed to be sent across the country. She and did everything in her power to make sure it arrived on time, was incredibly safe and protected while shipping, and still insured that we got the most affordable option available. Not only did that package arrive on time to a very thankful recipient, but the extra care she took in packaging kept it waterproofed when it was apparently delivered during a rainstorm. Michelle was an absolute lifesaver, and it’s so incredibly rare these days to experience customer service that is not only professional and helpful, but genuinely caring as well.
Aside from that experience, I ship from this location frequently and all the employees I’ve dealt with are equally friendly and go above and beyond to help their customers.”

“Only saw 1 handicap parking space at this strip mall and it was 11 spots away from the door. The entrance does not have automatic openers so another customer has to open and hold the door for anyone with difficulty walking or opening heavy doors. The shop was very crowded with people waiting for services at 1pm on a Saturday. There are a few chairs but more people than seats. Came here for fingerprinting because it's 1 of only a few places who do this on Saturdays. They sell packing/shipping supplies, have mailboxes, and ship UPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Understaffed but staff was quick, nice, and professional.”

“We came here to ship my wife's wedding bouquet for preservation. We had to ship the flowers delicately enough that they wouldn't get crushed in transit, and they had to be in a bag of water. My wife was very worried but the guy behind the counter was a superstar. He carefully packed up the flowers, allowing us to help, and used more packing material than what we had brought to make sure the flowers were cushioned. We really appreciated the extra help!”
“My husband and I were randomly talking about what an absolute perfect model of customer service this UPS store is. There has been some turnover in staff in the decade I’ve been visiting, but much less than one might expect with younger staff. But the manager of this location consistently hires the same service minded standard and it really is deeply impressive. The employees all seem happy and to enjoy their work and each other. They seem relaxed and at ease, but hold such an amazing standard of relaxed customer service. This is a shining example of retail customer service done right and the management should seriously consider writing a book on their approach.”

“Had them ship a small fragile item (engine control unit) and pack it for me. Took all of 3 minutes. The price I paid ($40 altogether including shipping) was worth not looking for the bubble wrap tape and box that they included and there was no line. Time saved was worth the price in my opinion.”

Service is always great no issues. Each customer service person is kind, patient and respectful. Always asks for clarity on address or verification of phone number.”

I had a couple of returns and the line was long but the staff of 2 took the time to be efficient even when people were fumbling with their phones not knowing how to find QR codes, etc. the young man was patient with everyone while the young woman worked behind the scenes making sure every item was accounted for. When my time came, I was the lady fumbling with my phone because the darn QR code was not displaying. The young man didn’t send me to the back of the line, he gave me time to figure it out while he took other customers. At the end, it all worked out. He was kind, patient and pleasant.”

“This is the finest UPS or mailbox store I’ve used. The regular staff know all the customers by name (and box ?), and they have everything for my shipping, packing, laminating, notarizing needs. Super friendly and easy to work with. Convenient parking ?️ in front too! And they text you when a package arrives.”
