“I can't say enough good things about this UPS Store. I showed up last-minute needing to ship a custom sign (6.5' x 3') overnight to New York, after my own DIY box attempt failed. Manu, the manager, didn't hesitate - she confirmed on the spot that she could build a custom box for it. She spent serious time on it: multiple layers of bubble wrap, went through what felt like an entire roll of packing tape, and combined two boxes to get the size and structure right. I walked out completely confident the sign would arrive without a scratch, which was honestly my biggest worry going in. Professional, skilled, and clearly cared about getting it right. So glad this store is close to home - can't recommend Manu and her team enough.”

“Great service, great prices, and a great local spot. I was in need of a cost effective print job for a few 5x7 cards I custom designed. Most of the bigger chain print shops were going to charge more than necessary and take a few days. Then I stumbled upon this great shop a few blocks away from me. They had the job done within 15 minutes at an amazing price. Their customer service is also exemplary. I’d recommend The Copy Spot over any of the big chains or larger printing shops.”

“I can’t recommend Perfect Press enough. Jenny was incredibly patient and professional throughout the entire wedding process. She offers such a wide range of customizable products, and was able to take care of everything I needed in one place. From signage to gift tags, invitations, and welcome bag inserts, every detail felt cohesive and elevated. Her design eye is amazing, and she brought ideas to life in a way I never could have on my own. Everything turned out polished and high quality, and truly elevated the overall look and feel of the wedding. The final products looked way better than anything I could have done on a DIY site, and the cost was honestly similar to what I would have spent doing it myself and stressing the whole time. She was also very responsive and quick to turn things around, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Jenny made what could have been overwhelming feel completely manageable, and I’m so grateful for her work.”

“Place has improved since then. Packages are scanned faster, they have their packages more organised. Since my last review I've had one mail from another inbox scanned into mine but they caught the mistake before I picked up. No other issues. The store was adding the party city section and my missing packages likely got mixed up in that transition in staff and inventory. I also buy stationary here frequently for work. Store staff are really helpful and nice. ------- old review -- I usually pick up packages here all the time. I used to have no issues when they had their pickups by the printing area. Ever since moving their pickups to front desk I have had issues: 1. Some staff not asking for ID consistently. This is a big security issue. 2. Unscanned items being left on the front desk, unsupervised. 3. Store is understaffed, front desk is almost consistently empty. Currently I have 4 confirmed packages missing, and Staples response, from the Store Manager is that it's 'impossible'. I have attempted to pick these up 2 other times, and I have called for an update -- they are still missing. They are confirmed to be delivered, but nobody has checked the footage. They should have arrived over 2 weeks ago. These are packages from 2 different providers, and 4 unique parcels. For one package to go missing -- sure, bad luck -- but 4? I can't get all of them resent to me. Fortunately one of them I can get resent but the rest are a lost cause. I will be moving my mail elsewhere, Staples has lost my trust.”

“I've recently started venturing into selling prints of my photography, and I am so pleased to be using Northwest Fine Art Printing! Placing my order online was so easy, and I absolutely love that they offer custom dimensions to print any size you'd like. They have so many options for prints, but I went with simple photo luster giclee prints, and they turned out amazing. The paper is thick, durable, gorgeous quality. The prints look just like they do on a screen, which is difficult to come by with many print labs. Pricing is super fair too. Smaller prints are more pricey than you'd think, but their prices for big prints are actually so much more affordable than other places I've looked at. If you're printing for your business, they have a pro program and you get 20% off the listed price for each print and discounted shipping rates with no sign-up fee or subscription or anything - so helpful! The real bonus with these guys - A family member of mine wanted a print for Christmas, so I placed a pretty last minute order. I called on December 23rd to check on the status of my order, they said it was expected to be ready on the 26th, but the super friendly fellow I spoke with - Corey I believe - said he'd check if they could get it done for me today. An hour later I got a call back and he said it'd be ready in an hour! These guys print amazing photos, with even more exceptional service, highly recommend!”

“I arrived at the need for a mailhouse for the first time in my life just recently. It turns out that I would rather pay someone than fold and stuff hundreds of envelopes. I contacted Lacy and Par after receiving a personal recommendation, and could not be happier with the service that I received.Their professionalism was evident in not only their business processes but also their attention to customer service, holding my hand as I figured out what it was that we needed, and how to print and deliver a finished bulk letter. This very well may be a one time transaction but if I do find myself doing large mailings in the future I will definitely be a return customer. The views expressed above are my own and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of any other agency, organization, employer or company.”
