“I went to Crash Champions to get some body work done on my vehicle per an insurance claim. The team is great and very professional in assessing the vehicle damage, giving a rough timeline on how long it would take, and communicating throughout the process. My only slight complaint was that during my initial estimate I was told that the part of my car that was damaged was going to be replaced, but ended up just being repaired. I was not informed of this update until I came to pick up my vehicle. Aside from that, would recommend!”
“Customer service staffing has gotten better with a few new hires, which has made it easier to reach someone via phone. Customer service reps are all great—especially Will.
The work done on my 2020 X5 has been good, but some things are still way more expensive than they should be (maintenance you can do yourself, like changing engine and carbonara filters). For the complicated repairs, though, I let the dealer do it. Their prices are pretty much in line with the European indy shops in Spokane.
My only gripe is that they are now limiting their Uber/Lyft rides to 5 miles. That means I now have to get a ride to/from the dealership unless I want to while away my day in their waiting room.”

“Definition of a mom and pop store that is unfortunately hard to find these days. These guys were friendly, helpful. I had a fender pushed back from hitting the deer and the door wouldn’t open. I drove up, asked them about repairing it. Within minutes, a repair guy was out with a bodywork spoon bending my Fender away from the door, solving the problem and wouldn’t even take money. Friendly, hard-working and should be the first place you go.”
