I even went back to them for a rear sensor issue, and they went the extra mile to make me happy and fix the problem. They also painted my car and the color match was 100% the same as the original color of the car. For a person like me who is a stickler for details, I am 100% satisfied with the work that they did. I recommended a friend of mine to get his 2019 Honda CR-V fixed because it had been hit from the passenger side and needed immediate attention and he was wowed. “I highly recommend the Service Center at Larry H. Miller Downtown Honda. I had the privilege to work with Dan, who is nothing short of professional and honest. The mechanics are also highly skilled. After bringing in my Honda Element 5 times to 2 different mechanics and $1K of repairs, they both gave up. They said they didn't know what was going on. Dan and his crew were not only able to identify the problem, but they also took photos and video footage to show what the issue was.I had other various people comment on how expensive it would be to go to a certified repair shop inside a dealership, but this turned out to be a misconception. Their hourly rates were average for the area, and were even less expensive than other Honda specific repair shops.10 out of 10!”
