“I went to Crash Champions to get some body work done on my vehicle per an insurance claim. The team is great and very professional in assessing the vehicle damage, giving a rough timeline on how long it would take, and communicating throughout the process. My only slight complaint was that during my initial estimate I was told that the part of my car that was damaged was going to be replaced, but ended up just being repaired. I was not informed of this update until I came to pick up my vehicle. Aside from that, would recommend!”

“Customer service staffing has gotten better with a few new hires, which has made it easier to reach someone via phone. Customer service reps are all great—especially Will.
The work done on my 2020 X5 has been good, but some things are still way more expensive than they should be (maintenance you can do yourself, like changing engine and carbonara filters). For the complicated repairs, though, I let the dealer do it. Their prices are pretty much in line with the European indy shops in Spokane.
My only gripe is that they are now limiting their Uber/Lyft rides to 5 miles. That means I now have to get a ride to/from the dealership unless I want to while away my day in their waiting room.”

“Definition of a mom and pop store that is unfortunately hard to find these days. These guys were friendly, helpful. I had a fender pushed back from hitting the deer and the door wouldn’t open. I drove up, asked them about repairing it. Within minutes, a repair guy was out with a bodywork spoon bending my Fender away from the door, solving the problem and wouldn’t even take money. Friendly, hard-working and should be the first place you go.”

“I had a scheduled appointment. Arrived and was told all the service people were at lunch (it was 12:15) and they wouldn’t be able to service for an hour. When I expressed frustration and inability to wait Davonne asked if I could return early on Saturday and he would be sure to take care of me. I was there at 0800 on Saturday and true to his word, Davonne had me in and out of there. My experience of not having my appointment honored would have had 2 stars - but Davonne’s stellar customer service and demeanor saved the review. Give the man a raise!”

I hit a deer, and given that I drive a Scion, my whole front end more or less crumpled on impact. I was lucky enough to only have cosmetic damage, so I took the car to Gary based on a family member’s recommendation. I’m 1000% satisfied with his work! He’s very honest, efficient, and does AMAZING work. We worked out a very reasonable price considering the amount of damage he had to repair and he got it done in a very reasonable amount of time! “After stopping at another auto parts store in town and finding a complete lack of local neighborhood friendliness in addition to higher prices than expected, I left quickly. I decided to stop at our new local store to compare my experience and the prices. Wow - O'REILLY'S in Nine Mile/SUNCREST was the opposite experience! I was warmly welcomed in and directed to the area I needed. The prices were still a little higher than desired but the helpful team working there made me want to stay and possibly purchase my auto accessories there. Josh, the store manager sealed the deal when he mentioned that they can price match on some items, sometimes! That's so cool, huh!! For my accessories he was able to adjust the price just enough for me to purchase... AND to look forward to returning to the store!! Visit this local location and see what I mean, you will be pleasantly surprised! Especially if you've been to other autoparts stores recently!
