“After stopping at another auto parts store in town and finding a complete lack of local neighborhood friendliness in addition to higher prices than expected, I left quickly. I decided to stop at our new local store to compare my experience and the prices. Wow - O'REILLY'S in Nine Mile/SUNCREST was the opposite experience! I was warmly welcomed in and directed to the area I needed. The prices were still a little higher than desired but the helpful team working there made me want to stay and possibly purchase my auto accessories there. Josh, the store manager sealed the deal when he mentioned that they can price match on some items, sometimes! That's so cool, huh!! For my accessories he was able to adjust the price just enough for me to purchase... AND to look forward to returning to the store!! Visit this local location and see what I mean, you will be pleasantly surprised! Especially if you've been to other autoparts stores recently! Suncrest and Nine Mile are fortunate to have Josh and his team in OUR neighborhood!! Thanks go out to Josh for his great leadership (applause!) and welcoming store environment. :>)”

“My experience was great at Crash Champions. Greg is a genuine, knowledgeable and friendly person. My car was finished a day early and looked fantastic! I'd definitely recommend.”

“Such a great experience working with Toby's. My car didn't have extensive damage but it was enough to need some special attention, which it got with this extremely professional business. I was kept informed of progress as the insurance battle was fought and won by Keith. I ended up with OEM parts and my car looks as good as new. My car hasn't been as clean inside and out since I bought it!”

“Thank you Nick! took my car in for a quote and he was very up front and honest with me with pricing and options. Some of my scratches came right off with his help and he saved me a lot of time and headache. I fear other places would have given me a run for my money… thank you again for your time!”

“Customer service staffing has gotten better with a few new hires, which has made it easier to reach someone via phone. Customer service reps are all great—especially Will. The work done on my 2020 X5 has been good, but some things are still way more expensive than they should be (maintenance you can do yourself, like changing engine and carbonara filters). For the complicated repairs, though, I let the dealer do it. Their prices are pretty much in line with the European indy shops in Spokane. My only gripe is that they are now limiting their Uber/Lyft rides to 5 miles. That means I now have to get a ride to/from the dealership unless I want to while away my day in their waiting room.”

“The absolute best experience! Don't go anywhere else. This is the best service I have had; anywhere. The only problem was when I got the vehicle back the right rear passenger wheel was curbed damaged. Not sure if it was Crash Champions or the clearcoat company that did it. Darn”

“I continue to get consistently honest and fair service from 5 mile Auto Center. They do great work, and if by chance they make a mistake, they own it, and fix it. I can't express how appreciative I am to have found a solid set of mechanics and folks to provide me with reliable work on my aging fleet of vehicles. Thanks folks!”

“This is an update to my original 2 star review below: One hour after I posted a 2 star review regarding service here, I receive a call from Dan, an actual human being. Was it because of my recent 2 star review. Absolutely it was!! And I applaud them for recognizing the importance of making a human connection with the customer and doing it so quickly. As a result of the call from Dan, I was on the schedule for the very next day and all of my issues were addressed and taken care of expertly. Jim and Brittany were bright eyed positive energy who got things rolling in an efficient manner which I really appreciated. While corporate may think that they are being efficient by utilizing digital assistance, they forget that nothing can replace the human interaction when it comes to customer service. In a time when customer service in so many areas is lacking, Jim, Brittany, and Jacob the tech did an amazing job and for that reason they have turned a less than adequate rating to 5 stars. Thank you I am beginning to wonder if they actually have a service department. Twice now the service department phone has been answered by Danny the digital assistant. Twice I have left messages regarding a recall and service campaign on my car and I am still waiting for a return call. If the service department is that busy then should I be concerned with the reliability of my car. This is a Lexus and I am dealing with a Lexus Dealership. I expected better.”

“Gary is an absolute wizard. I hit a deer, and given that I drive a Scion, my whole front end more or less crumpled on impact. I was lucky enough to only have cosmetic damage, so I took the car to Gary based on a family member’s recommendation. I’m 1000% satisfied with his work! He’s very honest, efficient, and does AMAZING work. We worked out a very reasonable price considering the amount of damage he had to repair and he got it done in a very reasonable amount of time! I would recommend Fred and Gary’s in a heartbeat!”

“Outstanding Service !! Best place to buy a new Honda ! Huge shout out to Tristan, Artem, and Devin !! Tristan set the deal up…entirely by text and phone. Working with his Manager ( Devan) the two of them were. Incredibly accommodating is working with my unique situation Came into Findlay, Tristan was busy selling to another couple so Devin asked for help and Artem enthusiastically jumped in to offer help. All the terms, as agreed over the phone and via text , matched perfectly. Paperwork was done and Jeremy, the finance manager, finished out the paperwork. Of note to Jeremy, unlike all other Finance Managers that I have dealt with in the past, was so incredibly easy to work with, including a very soft sell on additional products ( e.g. extended warranty, etc ) Positively the BEST new car buying experience I’ve ever had, including my 50 years + of buying cars !”

“Awesome experience, purchased a 2024 F150 for a great deal. The mechanics had done a thorough inspection of the vehicle and had fixed anything that was not up to their standard. You need to go see Brad “Big Bargains” Brooks! He knows his vehicles and has been in car sales for a long time. There was no haggling back and forth or pressure. I got a fair deal on my trade in as well. Brad was kind, honest, and made the experience fun and enjoyable. I appreciate the professionalism and care that you get from the moment you walk in the door at Camp Chevrolet. I have a hard time with car dealerships and the feeling of being ripped off and have had bought a lemon that made me avoid dealerships for a long time with no care at all once you drove off the lot. This time, Brad and the other team members made that experience great and treated me and my family with kindness. They had all kinds of snacks and coloring sheets and a play room of toys for the kids while we worked on paper work which helped so much as kids don’t like to sit for a long time, so this made it relaxing and made the process quick and easy. I will be buying my next vehicle at Camp Chevrolet!”
