“Booked a parking spot same day and Bradley was super helpful, efficient, and kind about helping ease any of my concerns about my vehicles safety. He also helped me pre-pay so I don’t even have to worry about that while I’m away. Highly recommend this spot and Bradley if you’re looking for storage! Space is clean, safe, and there was no confusion or hidden charges. Very straightforward. Appreciate all the help and the kindness, Bradley!”

“So I just got out of the UPS store and the members of the team asked me how my Alaska cruise was the first time I returned after the cruise. Based on my experiences with other shipping companies in private franchises, not only is this unexpected, but it’s something that really was exceptional It was unexpected in a way where it really put me on my heels of appreciation. And it’s not just one person. It starts with the franchise owner who puts in the elbow grease and just an incredible team who care about people who walk in that are willing to connect and engage with them I’m truly touched, so I thought I would leave a review in that emotional state.”

“I started coming here when I tried to go to the post office and couldn't get in the parking lot cuz it's so busy, and I found this place to be so relaxing and unstressful to get things done. They do notary, they do everything the post office does and more and the service is great. It may cost a bit more but it's so worth it, the no stress. I have and will continue to do business here!”

10605 SE 240th St, Kent WA 98031
“We have used Mailboxes of Kent to receive and send all our mail for years. The staff is always professional, helpful and friendly. It has been wonderful having peace of mind that our mail and packages are always secure. After having our mail stolen at our home, and horrible experiences using the USPS mailboxes, Mailboxes of Kent has been a wonderful resource for us and our community.”

“Mackenzie made my experience at this UPS location really smooth and efficient. I was able to get in and out of the store quickly, and my shipment to Ohio arrived fast with no issues. The whole process was easy, and she handled everything in a very professional and organized way. What stood out most was how genuine and friendly she was. Mackenzie is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to, and we had a really nice conversation while she helped me. Customer service like that makes a big difference, and honestly she’d probably be the main reason I’d come back to this UPS store.”

6523 California Ave SW, Seattle WA 98136
“I joined here last spring in need of a new mailbox and safe location for shipments. Great all around, good with customers, and helping meet whatever needs (mailbox, packing, shipping, receiving) the prices are very reasonable. Location is great with several other stores I use right near by. Parking around isn’t too bad either depending on time of day. Whenever I have a question, they are super informative and right on it. Small business quality is becoming far too rare.”

31811 Pacific Hwy S B, Federal Way WA 98003
“I rent a mailbox from this location due to my work / home schedule. For the last 18 months I have probably had 500 packages delivered in addition to all of my regular mail with zero issues. Staff is smart and friendly. They even recognize me and will have already begun processing my package pickups when I walk in. Very nice people. Literally the only downside is the parking lot that has become a war zone since a supermarket moved into the building next door. not much you can do about that :)”

720 North 10th Street Ste a, Renton WA 98057
“Great customer service at this UPS location! I came in to send out a vacuum mop and the staff were super helpful and kind — they took the time to help me find the best box size for the item. They also let me borrow their tape gun, which was such a huge help since we were struggling with our little tape. It made packing everything up so much easier. Really appreciated their patience and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you so much for your help!”

“Amazing experience with a younger man. Daniel was willing to help with my prints for labels and help to navigate how to share my label to the store. I was not expecting this much good help but I was able to get it resolved quickly with his help. I only write this review because this good service is not common nowadays so I want to say thanks again for him. ???. 5 stars. And he speaks Spanish so that help me to!”
