“I started coming here when I tried to go to the post office and couldn't get in the parking lot cuz it's so busy, and I found this place to be so relaxing and unstressful to get things done. They do notary, they do everything the post office does and more and the service is great. It may cost a bit more but it's so worth it, the no stress. I have and will continue to do business here!”

“Mackenzie made my experience at this UPS location really smooth and efficient. I was able to get in and out of the store quickly, and my shipment to Ohio arrived fast with no issues. The whole process was easy, and she handled everything in a very professional and organized way.
What stood out most was how genuine and friendly she was. Mackenzie is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to, and we had a really nice conversation while she helped me. “I joined here last spring in need of a new mailbox and safe location for shipments. Great all around, good with customers, and helping meet whatever needs (mailbox, packing, shipping, receiving)
the prices are very reasonable. Location is great with several other stores I use right near by. Parking around isn’t too bad either depending on time of day. Whenever I have a question, they are super informative and right on it. Small business quality is becoming far too rare.”
“I rent a mailbox from this location due to my work / home schedule. For the last 18 months I have probably had 500 packages delivered in addition to all of my regular mail with zero issues.
Staff is smart and friendly. They even recognize me and will have already begun processing my package pickups when I walk in. Very nice people.
Literally the only downside is the parking lot that has become a war zone since a supermarket moved into the building next door. not much you can do about that :)”
“This is my regular location and I only came in to get a gift shipped off to my God mom. Its usually crowded in here because it's a high traffic area. Today I was the only patron. Service is always great no issues. Each customer service person is kind, patient and respectful. Always asks for clarity on address or verification of phone number.”
“This place gets a lot of negative reviews. But not today. I had a couple of returns and the line was long but the staff of 2 took the time to be efficient even when people were fumbling with their phones not knowing how to find QR codes, etc. the young man was patient with everyone while the young woman worked behind the scenes making sure every item was accounted for. When my time came, I was the lady fumbling with my phone because the darn QR code was not displaying. The young man didn’t send me to the back of the line, he gave me time to figure it out while he took other customers. At the end, it all worked out. He was kind, patient and pleasant.”
“Amazing experience with a younger man. Daniel was willing to help with my prints for labels and help to navigate how to share my label to the store. I was not expecting this much good help but I was able to get it resolved quickly with his help. I only write this review because this good service is not common nowadays so I want to say thanks again for him. ???. 5 stars.
