“I want to start this review by saying, I am not one who gives good reviews... the way I see it, if the service was good, no need to review it. But the last two visits to this store made me rethink that policy. Taryn was absolutely fantastic. Taryn was able to answer all of my questions and point me in the direction of the galaxy s24 ultra. I love this phone so much it has everything I wanted and more. Taryn also helped me pick out an amazing phone case, liquid screens for the front and back, as well as camera lens covers. All of this was done quickly and efficiently. People like Taryn definitely deserve more than they are being paid(whatever number that may be) and should be utilized in training of more staff. 11/10

“After having a really bad experience with TMobile after having been a customer for more than 20 years, we decided to go to the Bonney Lake Verizon which is in the same parking lot. We were greeted and helped through the whole process with the best customer service and professionalism. Screen protectors and camera lens protectors installed, data all transferred, everything was explained regarding the plan and the way the screen protector warranty worked. I recommend this store. upon driving home, i noticed our phones held connection all the way through the 3 mile dead zone. that's a bonus. i can't believe that i've lived with this dead zone for this long and thought that it was acceptable.”

“I stopped in to upgrade several phones and devices. Akash was the young man that helped us and he made everything super easy and painless. It was probably the best experience I've had at a T-Mobile store and I've been a customer on and off for 8 years (I had a brief move to AT&T due to coverage a few years back... big mistake). Today we upgraded 3 phones and two Apple Watches. It's no surprise.. the devices aren't cheap. Fortunately, we took advantage of some promos and trade-in options. I don't blame the carriers for the cost of devices, I really blame the device manufacturers. Freaking Apple anything is so expensive and while I hate the price, I love the product, and I know what to expect. The entire T-Mobile team was on point this afternoon. Helpful, engaged, and most importantly, HONEST! At no point in time did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or hassle me. I would certainly come back again to work with Akash and the team.”
“My phone decided not to turn on and was in a bind until a new phone came, so I went into this location mid-day, and Mason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He fixed my issue quickly, shared multiple options I had, and answered all my questions. He was so knowledgeable that I asked if he minded taking a look at my grandma's account while I was there because she has been confused by her bill and I called her, he was patient and explained everything. This is the definition of above and beyond.

“This place is alittle tricky to get in due to being on the corner next to an intersection but their RARELY busy so being able to get help right away is usually a guarantee. The workers there are usually knowledgeable and kind. the location is also convenient since it's next to fredmeyers, McDonald's, Starbucks etc..”

The store has quality merchandise and pretty good prices. I take advantage of the Target circle deals and offers. Customer service has been great on all my visits this far. “Every Metro that I go to I get a different experience. The South Hill Puyallup Metro is by far the best franchise of Metro I've been to. They're honest, fast, friendly and a great experience to work with. Before you buy from Metro I suggest you all different franchises. Get a price quote and you'll notice they're all different. Then call South Hill Metro last. And they'll beat every other quote by far. Try that if you want to say some money.”
“Is it just me or was Target's logo very obviously designed to look like a clitoris with a clit like nickname to match it ? I must be feelin' some type of way today to be pondering this question .. hmmm. Anywho, I LOVE target... maybe a little too much since I've nearly maxed out my target red card, not sure when I'll be able to pay it off, as I get drive up orders here at least twice a week! I've yet to run into any long wait times or big problems with the drive up service like others have mentioned. Service has been pretty darn great as a matter of fact!
