“Stopped by my local UPS Store to ship back some brochures that were printed incorrectly, and I had another great experience. As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me with a friendly welcome and quickly helped me get everything packaged and sent back without any hassle.

“The Asian lady in this store is cheerful and has great customer service. All the employees do. When my package needs tape, they don't try to get me to buy tape or charge me. They'll tape up where I need it and are always gracious about it. All good employees. It's not that the Pearl Street UPS has bad employees, I don't mean that. But if you need a little extra tape, go to Proctor and get the extra customer service. Pearl won't help you with tape problems.”

“For people looking at the current review score of 3.2, keep in mind this location has new ownership and the new owner, Wyatt, is absolutely fantastic.
I came in with a last-minute project that I needed for a very important business lunch and I was a bit scattered in what I needed. Wyatt was super helpful and making suggestions and also setting expectations with timeline. In my line at work I visit a lot of UPS locations and the service can be hit or miss. And so consequently, I don’t really have a go to location. Totally different in this case because of Wyatt. Every time I’m in this area I’ll go to this location because he knows what he’s doing, his staff clearly knows what they’re doing. He runs a tight ship.
So for folks who had a bad experience here maybe a few months ago, things are totally different. Go here, you’re going to have a good experience and you’ll be taken care of.

Its not the fault of the employees if people have unreasonabe requests or just problems that take a while to resolve.. Not everyones issues are simple. People should just have more patience. They should try to put themselves in the same place in their own job and ask themselves if theyve ever had a prob with a customer and had someone waiting and couldnt do anything about it but have them wait?”
