“Once I realized that all I had to do was plug the wall wort (spelling?) in my garage and then also my modem and router into my generator to have internet when my power was out, I was very happy with the fact that Net253 keeps their internet going even during power outages. None of my neighbors with other companies were able to do this. And where I live, cell reception is very bad, so when power goes out, all you can do is call and text if you don't have internet. So this is major!
I've also only had a good experience with Net253 since we got them about 8 months ago and they always do what they can to help out their customers if any challenges arise. I've told all my neighbors to go with them. Everyone else seems happy also.”
