“they are long lines, but it doesn't go slow. Everyone's in a hurry, and it's fine. It's an inexpensive gas, and it's worth the wait. Plus you can always pop it and grab something that you need. :-)”

“The best fuel prices around, not even taking the fuel rewards from Safeway into account. Also Wes in the convenience store portion is awesome. He is the most genuinely friendly and helpful store employee I think I have ever met.”
4302 S Meridian, Puyallup WA 98373
“Definitely they would get 5 stars. Cheapest gas prices in 3 counties or surrounding them when every gas station is jacking up the pricing. But here they kept the prices way way low. Clean place. Easy in & easy out . On main road. Thank you Arco .”

“Stopped by to fuel-up at the Fred Meyer Fuel Center. This is not a usual place for me but I had a great experience. The Fuel Center attendant was so friendly and helpful. I would visit again just for the wonderful attitude and service.”
720 Shaw Road East, Puyallup WA 98372
“Always friendly staff and great customer service. The only reason I give 4 stars is because too often there is spilled fuel, both gas and diesel, at the pumps and most people don’t want that on their shoes and inside their car.”
7206 Canyon Road East, Puyallup WA 98371
“Feels like an eerie area at night but I've never had a problem. Gas is good and the clerks are nice. People are friendly. Good stop on the way home from school at night.”

“Rating is for the self serve soft serve ice cream. You can have chocolate, vanilla or a mix of both. The best soft serve I know of. Machine works 80% of the time would be the only down fall. The gas station as a whole is more like 3.5-4 stars. After midnight or whatever time they feel like you have to drive up to the window for any purchases, and recently they stopped accepting EBT for all items.”

“Been coming here for 2 years now! I love the place and the staff is extremely friendly. My Wife and I never have any bad experiences. My friend on the night shift is always super nice and helpful. They get to know their regulars and show they pay attention by asking questions about your life from past conversations you have had with them!!”

“I like going to the Fred Meyer gas center because it has hoses that will reach the opposite side of your vehicle. This moves more vehicles through the area in a shorter amount of time. It's this type of thought that makes Fred Meyer the best.”

“Great customer service there.. I've been going here since they opened up.. And that was quite a while ago.. Lol.. Enjoy your great customer service, by a lot of great employees there.. ??”

“My son knows this 76 as "Manny's Gas Station" I adore everyone who works here! They will treat you like family, remember your name, ask about your family or things happening in your life. Thats impressive to me, considering how many people they see in any given day. I even have Manny on my Christmas card list for the last few years, because sometimes its the littlest things that make the biggest difference in somebody's day.”

“Great customer service there.. I've became friends with a lot of the employees, over the year's, when they first opened up.. Enjoy your customer service there.. Great people, hands down.. Couldn't ask for a better customer experience.. 🥰💞”

“I have to say, this was an above average AM-PM. The food was fresh, the drinks cold, and the staff friendly. Not really much else to say other than that this is probably the best convenience store for a few miles around.”
502 37th Avenue Southeast, Puyallup WA 98374
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is hands down my favorite Shell location. Being able to fill up on gas and immediately roll into the car wash is a game changer—it’s so convenient and saves time. The whole setup just makes sense. Everything is always clean, easy to use, and well maintained. If you’re someone who likes keeping your car looking good without extra stops, this place is perf”

“The employee that work early in the morning was very helpful, very nice we talked for probably at least 5 minutes interesting conversation about all the snow on the ground. Recommend it to you everybody.”

“Old picture, gas is well over $5.00, thanks to the state having one of the highest gas tax in the country. Nice people and a good variety of items in the store though.”
11501 Canyon Road East, Puyallup WA 98373
“The only demerits would be out of order pumps and that they are usually crowded, but I guess there's a reason for that ? friendly staff and pricing still warrants 5 stars”
17519 Canyon Road East, Puyallup WA 98375
“03/24/2022 Regular gas $4.49 cash. Credit $4.69. Store associates are always pleasant and grooving to music. Clean, decorated restroom us ladies sure do appreciate 7777. Thank you!”

“I just got gas and an extra large slurpee. It was delicious. I had forgotten just how good they are. They are so good I gave myself a brain freeze from drinking it to fast. You'd think I might have learned from the 1st one oh no no ended up having about 5 dang near died lol was it worth it? Yes”
1720 River Road, Puyallup WA 98371
“I live very close to this station and shop for snacks often. But they need to change their hours from 24 hours to what ever they are now because any time I go there before 6:00 am they are closed and the bars are pulled across the doors.”
11304 Canyon Road East, Puyallup WA 98373
“It looks pretty clean but I have only been here 2 times.. This one I am now sitting in the parking lot because apparently nothing opens over off canyon until 5 am.... Lakewood has a lot of 24 hr stores but not here I guess.”
11802 S Meridian, Puyallup WA 98373
“One of the few places to purchase non-ethonol premium gas. Very clean and well lit service station. Pumps in the middle are close to the road and curbs, a little tight to get your truck into and get out of. The end pumps are better for full sized trucks or if pulling a boat or trailer.”
8401 Canyon Rd E, Puyallup WA 98371
“Seriously good pizza! Although to be honest, the quality control can be hit or miss, but it's usually good. This is a mini-mart, so don't expect any atmosphere; just grab some food and drinks for takeaway.”
17305 Meridian East, Puyallup WA 98375
“Gas here tends to be higher than other places close by. The convenience store is priced comparable to others though and if using the rewards card you can get good deals often. The employees are usually friendly although sometimes you may run into a grouch. They are also super obvious when following you around, which I assume is to catch people stealing and can be a little uncomfortable when you are not so I have passed up getting food or a different snack (when out of my usual) just because I don't feel like being watched.”
13308 Meridian East, Puyallup WA 98373
“This is my favorite Safeway fuel station to go to. For many reasons. I love how well lit this gas station is at all times. Nothing about it feels sketchy. I can't say that at all locations. Everybody who works there is so nice and so friendly and helpful. Getting in and out of there is a breeze. Even if there's a long line, it moves so quickly. Because the people here are so knowledgeable and so good at their jobs. I feel safe here. That's the biggest thing. I feel like if I needed help it would be there. And I don't just mean for safety reasons, but if I had a question about my gas points or something, they're always quick to answer. There are a ton of pumps too. It's probably got even more than the one on 72nd in Portland. But it's safer. I just wanted to make sure I took the time to leave a review because I've always had such positive experiences and mostly because of the people who work for it. They're always so jovial and it rubs off on me. Oh and they have probably the largest selection of drinks and snacks that I've seen at a Safeway fuel station. Like you can actually go inside so you're not sitting out in the rain and it's air-conditioned in the summertime.”

“Great customer service, Kyler was very helpful and friendly acknowledged customers as they walked in. They have a great drink selection at Chevron, and the Krispy Krunchy Chicken is a must have!”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postTexas-born Buc-ee's is changing the way people think about gas stations and convenience stores. This chain is known for its huge stores along highways, some with over 100 fuel pumps. With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
