“It’s my first time opening a credit card in person, since the one time I’ve done it in the past I did it online, so I was unsure of what to do. The teller Sasha was super helpful and sweet! I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The bank is also very clean and quiet. I didn’t have to wait in line even though it’s 11am on a Saturday, and although the bankers were busy, it was quick and easy to set up an appointment (tons of availability!).”
