He found services on my account that I had no need for, and replaced those with astute suggestions for more useful services and still brought my bill down by $40 per month. He transferred data from TWO phones with expertise and the patience of Job. At the risk of hyperbole, I have never had better service. He was also answering all the other store employee's questions seamlessly while helping me. He spent hours with me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
