“Big shoutout to Mike at this post office! We had gone to another location where they couldn’t process our international address change request, but Mike knew exactly what to do. He was professional, patient, and made the whole process so easy. Really appreciate his help and excellent service!”

“Just had a fantastic experience with USPS worker Steve while applying for my child’s passport. In and out in 15 minutes! Steve was super knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly—a true gem amidst the usual horror stories you hear about passport services. Hope USPS recognizes his excellence and uses his approach to train agents across other locations.”

“Best post office around! Staff are friendly and care about good service. They put vases of pretend of flower-pens on the counter.
Usually waits aren't too long.”

“Not sure why so many people hate the Post Office. The employees at this location have always been helpful. Sure the lines are long sometimes, but that’s just the volume of people with the budget the government gives them. I’ve shipped many packages and they’re always helpful. I tend to just go early in the day or over lunch and it’s much faster.”

“Josh and Kevin at the Duvall, WA Post Office are a "breath of fresh air" with their positive and helpful attitudes. Much better customer service than their predecessors. Josh always greets you with a smile, no matter how busy he is. They are also accurate and efficient workers. Thank you ! Keep up the good work.”

“Using a government office can by trying... but Tyron called me after 6 PM from his own cellphone to help me. Said he wanted to treat me "like family." Solved my problem through speaking and texting. Only gave it 4 stars because you can't get through on the phone directly to the post office. Need to go through the 800 number and have them call you back. Thanks, Tyron!!!”

“After reading a few negative reviews of this USPO at Crossroads, I had to wonder if it’s the same location I’ve been to. I have nothing but praise for the professional and kind service I’ve experienced with the staff. I suspect there are a few customers who feel entitled and unfortunately put the blame on the staff of this USPO. One should go to their post office with packages labeled, wrapped, and taped before handling to the counter person.”

“My mail was returned to the sender due to a delivery mistake. I called them directly to inquire about the issue. Ayesha S. Noor helped me retrieve the mail on time. She did multiple follow-ups to ensure the package was on track. I really want to thank her for her commitment.”

“The Kenmore post office is by far the most accessible, friendly post office around. They are open after hours to safely drop off letters. During Christmas rush, all the staff are patient and always smiling. There's always parking as well as a delicious coffee stand just outside. There's also Chase bank and a teriyaki shop there as well. You can send a package, get coffee and food as well as do your banking with one parking spot.
Giddy up!
Over and out!
Sgt. Mike”

“Staff were wonderfully pleasant to speak to and incredibly helpful sorting a delivery error at no fault of their own.
Huge props to Mike and to the lovely lady who helped but I didn't get their name.”

“Lines are usually long here but I always have this in mind.
They added self service machines, 2 of those, but sometimes they are out of order.
But those machines might help with lines significantly.

There is always packaging boxes here, but while priority boxes and taped and the box is included in the price of the mailing, for regular boxes you need to purchase extra packaging tape for $3,99.
So buy a bunch in Costco, and carry it in your trunk(like I do now).”
