“I’m writing this specifically to shout out John, who seems to be carrying this entire post office on his back.
It is rare to see one person handle so much with such ease. John is friendly, incredibly organized, and fast as lightning. Even when the line is long, he keeps things moving efficiently without ever losing his positive attitude.
Honestly, it feels like this entire location is held together by his hard work. If anyone deserves a raise and recognition from the USPS, it’s him. People like John make a normally tedious errand a total breeze. Great service!”

“What a wonderful post office! Friendly and efficient staff eager to serve and get customers in and out quickly. Open 8:30-6 pm weekdays and bonus: 9- 3 on Saturday. If you have a debit/credit card, there's a self-serve kiosk 24/7 inside for mailing and more. Due to construction, just go to last building on left and enter via their first driveway. Great experience!”

Steve was super knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly—a true gem amidst the usual horror stories you hear about passport services. “For those complaining about Anita, she has worked at this post office since my PARENTS were kids. She is not mean, she is not grouchy, she just isn’t the animated, fake happy everyone else is now adays. If you live here, you’ll get to know her and realize she’s not half bad. Be kind.”
“This and only this review I am giving for Arlene. Arlene I am so happy and glad to do this lil review for the kind of service and professionalism you have. I had a package which was getting delivered late and just wanted it before my holiday. I called USPS and Arlene picked up. I explained to her what was going on, she said she’s gonna keep an eye on it and will definitely call me back the next morning.She called me thrice since I couldn’t pick up she left me a voicemail.

“I recently moved and had forgotten to fill out the updated mailing address slip in the mailbox for my new building. A package I had been waiting for was rerouted since the unit is vacant in their system. When I called directly, the agent on the line gave me an update within a couple of minutes and was able to get the package rerouted back to me by end of day. Much better service than I would have expected. Thank you!”

Somehow while working the counter (mostly) alone, she managed to take our passport photos and process our paperwork - all while still assisting other customers in line.
