“What a wonderful post office! Friendly and efficient staff eager to serve and get customers in and out quickly. Open 8:30-6 pm weekdays and bonus: 9- 3 on Saturday. If you have a debit/credit card, there's a self-serve kiosk 24/7 inside for mailing and more. Due to construction, just go to last building on left and enter via their first driveway. Great experience!”

“Want to say Ping is a postal employee Bothell Post office can be proud of. My package was delivered to wrong home (years ago this happened about four or five times a month do that we both have the same house address, different street address, but one block apart). Ping on my third attempt to get information much effort on her part effort on her part with joy helped me find it. Postman even delivered it to my door, although it fit in the mailbox, but that was very kind of him also didn’t get his name sorry. Ping thank you so much for the time that you put in for this and keeping me posted on what was happening bless your little heart. Dolly White”

“Exceptional experience at this location! We came in early morning for a walk-in passport appointment for our newborn, expecting a long wait, but the entire process took less than 15 minutes. Steve assisted us and he was fantastic—highly efficient, incredibly helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Getting a newborn passport can be stressful, but Steve made it seamless. Highly recommend!”

When I called directly, the agent on the line gave me an update within a couple of minutes and was able to get the package rerouted back to me by end of day. “my package had a missing apt number and I was trying to track it down for days. Although I have no idea what was going on behind the scenes, in the end it was recovered. I would give 5/5 for the carrier on my route, as he probably was organized enough to get my missing package in my mailbox. These folks are probably super busy all day every day, so when they go above and beyond to help recover packages, it's so appreciated. please be nice”

This post office is a very busy spot on the island but each time I’ve gone in, I have had a pleasant interaction and wonderful assistance. It’s also really great to have the automated postal kiosk there for after office hours to send packages and get stamps. Thankful for the dedicated staff here.”

“Let’s start by setting realistic expectations: this is a post office. To expect immediate and concierge service feels misaligned. I have worked with this post office for years. Have I had to wait in long lines? Yes. That’s not really an issue when considering it’s a post-office, that’s a reasonable expectation. But the reason I rate this 5 stars and the reason I will continue to use this post office is because on two different instances when I’ve had an issue or need, they’ve really shown out. The first is that I was recovering from an emergency surgery and neglected to do a mail hold. I had failed to get my packages from my mailbox for a week or two. By the time I went over to get them, they were gone despite saying they had been delivered. I made a request online and received a phone call that same day and the woman who left me a message explained the situation and gave me her own phone number to call back at any time. Not only was my issue was resolved but it was resolved with kindness and I was able to pickup my packages at the post office the next day. The second is that a friend had a massive shipping order around the holidays that USPS didn’t show up to pickup at his warehouse (different city). He drove around to multiple post office locations and no one could help him. The people at Issaquah although they were undoubtedly overburdened could tell my friend was really stressed out and they offered to lend a hand and take the shipping orders. They stayed after hours helping him unload his truck and processed his orders for him. No, this post office isn’t perfect but I’m giving it 5 stars because of the kind ways they have gone above and beyond on these occasions.”
