I called the company. I had original box and tags on. Never wore them except to try on. For $5 shipping they exchanged for the correct size and even gave me a different color that I like better! The exchange happened in about a week. LOVE the slippers, warm and comfortable!! LOVE even more their customer service. They didn’t have to take these back...they were bought in some store thousands of miles away. Great customer service.”

They also told us where to find waterproof shoelaces, as they didn’t carry them at Danner.I’m going to try to come back sometime when my husband is ready to upgrade his socks, and maybe once I’m ready for a new pair of shoes too.”
