I have worked in retail sales/customer service for over 20yrs. Shelton was one of the best people I've come across in a long time. Knowledgeable, not pushy and really seemed to care about what my pups needed. Will definitely come back for the rest of my dogs needs.

We usually just went to get him groomed at PetSmart in Vancouver which can run about $100 or so depending on what we needed done but were recommended this place since we just moved into the Ridgefield area. The services here is about $30 cheaper for the full bath/blowdry, paw pad trimming, nails, and ear cleaning. It might not seem like much but it adds up in the long run. The owner and bather I met were super nice making me feel like they can really be trusted with taking care of my dog. The total time it took from drop off to pick up was about 2 hours which went by really fast. Definitely will be taking him here again!!

Starting with Courtney, the whole team is amazing, After so many recommendations, I was FINALLY able to get our dog an appointment here to establish vet care and I could not be more impressed with their care. Coming from an awful veterinary experience and constant back-and-forth to get any kind of information. This place was so refreshing.
I ended up having to bring my one year old with me and let me tell you that was hard. But they were so understanding and kind, they really went above and beyond to make sure not only my pup was given amazing care, but we were as well.
I’m excited for the treatment plan and the care our pup has coming up in the future with Whipple Creek. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.

20413 NE 29th Ave, RidgefieldI was at a loss. My high lug of a pup suffered brachial plexus ALVERSION. I was told by the vet not to move him except for potty brakes. Tmi wasn't even given his diagnosis till he returned home. No splint no neck cone.
Come to find out that the first 7 to 10 days was his critical period and he should of been put in physical therapy right away. The instructions I RECIEVED were the complete opposite of what I should of been advised to do. Which WOULD OF BEEN get him in HYDROTHERAPY ASAP! ! IT JUST SEEMS THEY GAVE UP ON THE PUP BEFORE HE WAS EVEN SEEN! IM STILL SHOCKED ABOUT THE INDERFRENCE . BUT WITH HER KIND HEART AND WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE THAT ACTUALLY MAKES SENCE ... MOBY IS SHOWING HOPEFUL SIGNS OF IMPROVMENT AND IS TOTALLY ENGAGED IN HIS SESSIONS AND IS COMING BACK TO HIS WONDERFUL HAPPY LIFE L9VING SELF AGAIN. SO THIS ( an I hate to put it like this" A LONG WA IMPECKABLE should have been done . Well I haven't started nor have I asked yet. Moby is only 7 months old. A super sweetheart and is in dire need of caring human beings to help me save his leg. Please follow us on our adventure to seek out our human beings to ask of them some loving support. I'm a disabled senior 67 years old . It broke my heart when I was told by "I Pawed it Forward" that every vet said " euthanasi"
said to end his life take him out of his misery I huddled him close he's worth more then that! I only knew one thing. The protection of him from euthanasia . I offer my services and my capability to maintaining a yard to a cook in the kitchen! Monies for MOBY IS ALL THAT I NEED charge nominal fees from lawn service to the kitchen. CALL IF YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF MOBY SUPPORT. PLEASE HELP US!

16315 NE Union Rd, RidgefieldI was really grateful that they were able to book me for Thanksgiving of all times within just a couple of (normally, you have to do that a couple months in advance at least), And the staff was extremely kind. The prices were reasonable, and they appeared to do everything they could to make sure that both my cat and dog were happy and comfortable the whole time. Neither my cat nor my dog were stressed out when I picked them up and brought them home, and that’s always a concern when you leave your pets anywhere, really. So thank you for everything this past week!

120 N 3rd Ave, RidgefieldIt wasn't busy when we were there, but it was during the weekend that the county fair was happening, so I get the feeling that was the reason. There was indoor and outdoor seating. You can order food from a few outside restaurants. Nice to have options. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It was also very clean.
I'm not rating the food here because it is brought in from a nearby restaurant, but it was pretty good.
