She was covered in mats and we had already been turned away at another groomer. Thank god for Danielle, she's an actual dog whisperer. Our first session, she was able to remove all the matting and get our girl looking fresh, and now we love coming in for her regular maintenance and yummy treats! 10/10.

I really wanted our puppy to have a positive grooming experience from the start to help her get comfortable with the grooming experience. When I called around, I specifically remember the receptionist saying that the groomer Sam was “compassionate and patient”, and that is exactly the kind of person I want grooming my tiny puppy! I can’t say enough good things, and of course our puppy is just the cutest post-groom! (I know I am bias!!)

3303 NE 44th St, VancouverI was nervous to get my elderly dog groomed as he has a fear of water, getting his nails clipped, has arthritis/ pain, and is a very anxious puppy. However, Arianna did an amazing job with him. She was the first groomer in years that was actually able to clip his nails successfully. After his grooming session, he was clean, happy and showed no signs of stress. Ariana took the time to understand his specific needs and approached him with a confident yet gentle energy which is just what he needed. He is a big german shepherd and she was able to accommodate his size without a problem. She also groomed my other shepherd whom had never been groomed before without any issues at all. After, both dogs were fluffy, smelled amazing and came home with cute bandanas. Ariana was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend her. This company has been great to work with. They answer questions quickly, are very responsive to calls and texts, scheduling is easy, payment is simple and more affordable than other companies, everything has felt like a breeze. I truly feel so grateful to have found this company and Ariana specifically to take care of my dogs. Thank you thank you!!

5801 NE 105th Ave, VancouverI love that this is a cat only clinic it’s so unique to find locally and I’m so happy I found this vet for my little Bella. She just got spayed and has been doing great. The staff are informative and every time I come in I feel taken care of and every one is so kind. They even offer a treat every time I bring Bella to help calm her down, even whip cream once! They have towels in the lobby you can drape over the carrier that have a calming scent on them. Overall the experience is good for going to the vet and I’d recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

This review is long overdue actually as I’ve been taking my dogs to him for several years now and every time I see him, I’m blown away by his knowledge and ability to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. I never feel judged or coerced like at other places. It’s one of the few vet offices that’s not owned by a big corporation. He doesn’t nickel and dime you nor recommend anything unneeded. His whole team is phenomenal and go above and beyond to take care of us. I wish he took human patients. When he retires, there will be a vast void in vet options in Vancouver.

4601 NE 78th St, VancouverRoy Beans loves A Dog’s Best Friend. He comes home tired and happy from Daycare. He’s getting great doggy socialization, monitored by caring , skilled, dog-savvy humans.
We also did the 3 week Board and Train which was a game changer! He is so much better on leash and with his social fears. He listens and follows through on commands. Life is so much easier for him and us now that he knows we are the bosses and he is the one being taken care of. The trainers at DBF really know what they are doing. This is the best place we’ve ever come across for all things dog. Oh and we he gets his nails done there! They also do bathing if needed. They do it all!

And for dessert I had baclava ,in general I am not fun of that,
but in this cafe its very tasty ,not too sweet at all, very crunchy.
The staff is super friendly, service 10 stars out of 10 .

A great selection of beers on tap and many many more bottles and cans to select from if your interest isnt tapped. I came with my wife and 2 year old to enjoy a pint, sandwich and some pinball. The real winner for me was all of the free to play arcade style games. Nothing fancy but just enough to keep a child interested and for me to zone out while sipping a great pint. We ended up with 3 sandwiches.. the Cuban was the clear winner, but the roast beef was also delicious.. the beef was a little dry and made the sandwich less desirable but it had great flavor. The kids turkey is on thick bread thats a little tough for small mouths to eat but a great option for kids. I wasn't clear if we received them for free or if they cost but the bartender gave us 2 juice boxes for our daughter and that was a nice touch. We ended up drinking 4 pints, had 3 sandwiches and left with 8 to go beers/ciders and spent $100 all said and done. Not a bad way to spend a friday evening after a long week! We will definitely be back!
