I should mention that my Havanese was so nervous and popped a few times and we were NOT treated badly for this, and even they had poo bags ready and helped me pickup once.
We enjoyed our visit and Lucy loves her haircut. She was so happy when we picked her up. ?
Our older senior golden Labrador doesn’t get grooming often so she only had her nails clipped, ears cleaned and anal glands expressed on the floor (as I informed them she can’t get on a table) and they went right to work on the floor like Indy car racers changing out a tire ?❤️, fast but efficient.

I am new to the area so finding a place so soon that helps me feel comfortable and safe leaving my fur baby has been so great. The staff are all so friendly and learned Jade’s name by the 2nd or 3rd drop off. They always have such positive things to say about her and she always comes home wiped out from playing ?? we haven’t used overnight boarding services yet but plan to eventually!

The front desk staff were incredible and patient with all the questions I asked throughout the whole process and was able to get my kitty in on the cancellation list which was wonderful. The vet tech was so informative and knowledgeable- every thing she told us to expect happened so we had no surprises when coming home. Lastly the vet who worked on Rocket, Dr.Brooks, was incredibly compassionate, kind, and gave our cat the best care, his recovery has been fantastic. The clinic is clean, welcoming, thorough, and I will definitely be coming back if my cat has any more dental needs! Thank you all.

If no one can figure out what's going on with your pet, go to Dr. Franklin, he's seen it all. 11 years ago I had a young cat who had some kind of issue no one could figure out. I had paid thousands of dollars to have her examined by 10 different vets and all the labs etc. I was on the verge of losing my job because of how much care she needed. My last stop was Dr Franklin. He wasn't sure what was going on initially, but within a few days he made a presumptive diagnosis of FIP. When I researched FIP, my cat fit the profile almost exactly. This is not a disease many vets see in their career, and I'm so relieved to have been sent to Dr. Franklin. He prepared me for her passing and offered a lot of support. He removed such a huge burden by just being there and available to triage any problems, answer questions, and set expectations so I no longer felt I was going through this alone. I can't thank you enough Dr. Franklin, I've never forgotten your kindness.

My family is very satisfied with the service here. So far, 2 leopard gecko problems and the first one is back to thriving after a respiratory infection.
The second is a bit of a guarded prognosis yet, but I can see that Dr. Ramsell is very interested in the case and is willing to go the extra mile on this mystery. This is in stark contrast to our experience at a famous ER in Portland last week. With exotics you basically need a specialist or that rare vet who is willing to take on the challenge for the sake of saving a life, and I feel like both of those converge here.

They're prices are extremely reasonable especially in this day and age which is appreciated. The staff is knowledgeable, has never steered us wrong or misdiagnosed/mistreated our pets and the vets are always willing to chat and answer questions if something comes up. We've had a handful of unfortunate circumstances with our pets and they've helped with referrals to specialists amd/or top notch follow up care. Thanks to Tanasbourne Vet Emergency and this office, they're all still with us and doing well.
I always recommend Aloha Dog and Cat to my friends or anyone looking for a new veterinary office. Keep up the great work folks. Maeve, Maddie, Peter and Sterling appreciate y'all.

They share freely of their knowledge-experience-and, techniques. The Off Leash K9 Training Program has seen a remarkable change in behavior in just two training sessions with Myriah.
Trish spent over an HOUR in the first days of puppy insanity during her “15 minute” consultation sharing specific instructions with my wife and I giving not only encouragement, but the advice we needed answering all the questions, and serious concerns we had. Because of Trish’s willingness to help - this rescued puppy has a permanent loving home where Quinn is able to channel all his energy into consistent exercise-training-focused playtime-and, learning.
I highly recommend Off Leash K9 Training. There are no words to express my gratitude to Trish whose love and commitment to these beautiful creatures and their families is evident in every aspect.

I needed a pet sitter for the first time ever for my two specials needs kitties, one senior with CKD and another with asthma. I was super anxious having to leave both kitties for work, but Kelsey was awesome and made me feel at ease. She had experience and knowledge of both their issues and knew what to do. She gave constant feedback on how they were doing after each visit and sent pictures. She was so awesome, I immediately asked and booked another time for her to take care of them for a week, while I had to be at a mandatory work event three months later. Would highly recommend Kelsey to anyone and everyone.

I have vetted several boarding locations and my dog has always been excited to go to CMK, the staff is absolutely amazing. Truly, everyone I have worked with is kind, warm, and understanding that I'm trusting them to take care of my best friend while I'm gone. They have taken really great care of my dog when he's needed extra medical care and I am so, so grateful we found CMK. My dog comes home safe, clean, never with a weird kennel cough or infection--we are forever clients at CMK. would highly, highly recommend to anyone--we drive here from West Linn every time we have to go out of town, it's very much out-of-the way for us, but I never hesitate to book him here because I completely trust that he's in the best care.

Very nice cutomer service at both places.

I loved the setup and the cozy nature. The man behind the counter was kind and professional. Excited to go there again!
