“An efficient operation once you've been here a few times. The shuttle drops you off in front of the counter area. If you're a National user with status, jump off the bus and head to your right. Take escalator down the the National car pickup area and pick your vehicle.”
“Everything was great with the service and car. But I was unable to use Good to Go temporary tag so I could pay the tolls directly. Instead I have to pay Alamo a daily use fee of $4.95 for each day I go through toll areas plus the actual total. I have been able in the past to set this temporary toll tag.”
“This was our first time renting from Sixt. The price was reasonable and shuttle to where where the rental cars are in the Seattle Airport was simple and fast. The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with . Pick up and drop off went smoothly and easy. We had a great experience and will definitely use them again.”

The pick up was easy, the rep i had was not pushy with the extra add ons for coverage and I paid there, what I was quoted online.
The car was clean and drop off was simple.

“The rental process was smooth. The SUV was great. The only problem was the return. We returned the vehicle on time, but they didn't put it in for another 3 hrs. We were charged for an extra day and had to be on the phone with customer service for 30min to get refunded. The refund is still off by $20 but not calling again. Just check your bill.”
“My experience was 5-star from beginning to end. I reserved a sedan in advance of my trip (to SeaTac). The young lady that helped me was professional and patient with me, as I forgot to bring proof of insurance. That was easily resolved with a call to my insurance agent.
Make sure to follow the directions in their text mssg as to how to get to and from their office from baggage claim. As another has said, do not take car rental shuttle bus.
I returned the rental on 7/3 and the $250.00 deposit was credited back to my cc on 7/8. Considering their hours and 4th of July, I think that was reasonable.
Also the gentleman that seemed to be the owner/manager was friendly and patient as well.
If I could give them 10 stars I would.

“I booked through amex and didn't have any issues. Everything, including the fees, were explained to me thoroughly on site, and the vehicle didn't have any issues. No hidden fees whatsoever. I was provided a receipt with the breakdown of the fees as well before I took the car.
Would've given them 5 stars if not for the toll pass convenience fee being slightly expensive.
Aside from that, everything went great. The male employee at the counter was helpful as well when I picked up my car.”

“Pros: Really appreciated skipping the line through preferred. Bonus was being able to select my car choice on the app from a preset list - including an upgrade! Selected car, 2025 Subaru Outback, was new and mechanically sound. Staff was really nice. Dropoff was straightforward.
Cons: Car could've been more clean; there were food crumbs, wrappers, sand/dirt, etc. in pretty noticeable areas.”

The renting and returning process was super easy and much faster than other companies, which had huge lines. The vehicle I rented was much better than expected and so nice that I almost wanted to buy it. The rental cost was only $272 for 6 days, which was almost half of the other big companies. They didn't charge anything extra at the counter. If you have all the liability and insurance, make sure to decline those from Thrifty. Highly recommended.”
