“I have a t-mobile account and stopped in to ask about t-mobiles internet plan. Read and Niko were quick to acknowledge me ( I was the only customer initially). I told them what I was looking for (questions) and while one was texting his manager about part of my question (it was a bit unusual), the other was telling me what the thought the case was and clarification on a point or two.
Another customer came in and Niko went to help that person, as I would expect. Read got his answer and we chatted for a bit about both the t-mobile plan and other generic stuff.
Both were very polite and made the experience a reason I like dealing with staff at the stores (though I have had rather good experiences on chat and phone calls too).”

Reminding me again of the vital importance of human customer service representatives who understand situations and know how to appreciate the human element in navigating obstacles and problems that can occur with a business account.
Retail store manager Josh Gaffney and his associate Kyleland contacted customer care attempts to call them on my phone via 611 failed for reasons unknown. After several attempts to call 611 and having my call systematically disconnected, it was only assistance in the store that resulted in being able to connect and begin to resolve the issue. Josh persisted and made sure that each of the steps that needed to happen were accomplished collaboratively with the customer service representative. This is why I've been with T-Mobile for eight years four months and 28 days. Kudos to this local store for keeping a customer.”
“I’m a new customer who trying to contact sales and tech team to get my service set up. I already called a branch of times for four days. No one is answering my call or the form I submitted on line. I’m not even starting to use the internet. The start is this hard, and I cannot image how hard it will be after using the service.
Update: I got call back from Atlas Network. They set up my network. -1 star for previous hard communication experience.
Update after a year: Internet is stable and good enough for me. There were times that the network is down but it is during nights.”

“Things have changed for the better with Xfinity--at least at this store in Westwood Village.
Jason and Landon were very helpful for me to get out of the 25Mbs turtle-slow internet, and hook me up with the NOW setup for $30 a month--no hidden fees or taxes. The longer co-ax proved to be the winner, as a 3-foot cord is useless for my set up.
This is a big store with lots of space and very well staffed as of late. I can't speak about what is why like before, because I've only been in the area a few months.

(p.s. I've been an Xfinity customer now for 20 years, not counting the early years when it was Group W (1974). Back then, it was $7.95 a month, and HBO was an extra $1.99 a month. A lot has changed in 52 years).”
