“Excellent credit union! Great rates, convenient, and wonderful branch employees and management. But, here's what you need to know regarding loans with Numerica. DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN ONLINE! If you want a nice, quick and easy experience, you MUST take the extra time to do everything through your local brach. I've had numerous loans, and twice applied online. If you apply online, it goes through remote loan employees who will make the process long, drawn out (weeks), and will make it as inconvenient as humanly possible for you and for any potential private seller. For loans, just remember, LOCAL BRANCH ONLY! If you follow my advice on this, you will love this credit union!”

“This branch is conveniently located and the tellers are always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they are woefully understaffed. There's always at least a 10 minute wait in line here. The last time I went in, there was only 1 teller working the floor another one working the drive-thru. They were doing their best, but you could tell they were overwhelmed. Hiring more tellers would bump this review up to a 5 star!”
