“They arrived today and totally replaced the chair. I asked if they were taking the old recliner away and they were told they were only suppose to drop off. I was fine with that. The new chair is in place and they were great to deal with and took care of the situation.”
“We bought a custom Lovesac sectional for a house we're building in Arizona (while living in Washington). The lead time was about 14 weeks for the custom fabric, which was perfect because our house was still under construction. After two weeks the bulk of the couch shipped (without the covers), but we weren't in Arizona to receive it.
I reached out to Sam, who knew the situation after helping us with the original order, and within an hour he had the shipment redirected to the warehouse to be held until the covers (and our house) are ready. That kind of service and flexibility is amazing! Thanks to Sam and the Lovesac team for getting that corrected!”
