“I needed a short notice day-of rental and the booking process was so simple. I arrived at my scheduled time and was promptly assisted. The icy roads previous had made them very busy with replacement rentals but I mever felt rushed or stressed. Mark was so professional and knowledgeable and had me on my way in no time despite the busyness. Great customer service!”

“My family and I are frequent travelers and often rent extra-large SUVs to accommodate our family of six. On a recent trip, we arrived in Spokane much earlier than expected as chance passengers well ahead of our scheduled car rental pickup time.
Thankfully, Bill at the rental counter was a total rockstar. He processed our rental smoothly without any hassle, despite our early arrival. “Landed at the airport around 9:00 pm after a long day of travel. I had reserved a car online but was not aware of their policy of using a debit card that required proof of a return flight. I had not received my flight info for my upcoming departure a few days later and at first the ladies working the counter were hesitant about continuing with my reservation, but after a few minutes explaining my situation they entered some info into their computers and were able to take care of me very quickly. I'll definitely use Enterprise whenever I need a car in Spokane! Thanks again!”
