“Went in today to upgrade both my and my wife's phones. Everybody was busy with customers when we walked in, but Aaliyah met us within a few minutes and got us started on upgrading our phones through the T Life app. She then took the time to get our phones swapped over, all while multitasking to keep her coworkers on track with their customers. She apologized more than once for multitasking, but was never actually unavailable to answer questions or address whatever weirdness came up while our oooolllld phones transferred. We were both very happy with the service provided, and the new phones.”

“I went to the Xfinity store expecting a long wait/appointment, but was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were able to get things going! Jeremy helped me not only get Internet going, he also helped me save a years worth of phone bills by switching over my carrier from straight talk to Xfinitys line. I was very impressed at how quickly we were able to handle that. As I'm sure some of you know, straight talk is quite difficult to communicate with, let alone attempting to cancel any plans. Tbh I put it off for so long just knowing I'd be on the phone with them for hours. Not this time though! Only took about 10 minutes! Jeremy was super kind and he did not pressure or push me to add anything on to my plan that I wasn't too sure about. He was also very informative and explained things in a clear and concise way!
