Very comfortable bed, and pillows. Hands down the best hotel shower ever! Everything you need in a hotel stay. They don’t have a sundry store, but do have vending machines with just about everything you’d need. Close proximity to restaurants, and scenery.
I only have four star service for no sundry store.

If you are in Spokane WA this is the hotel to stay , suite is huge , clean and the top floor has the best view of downtown. The breakfast is so good .
