They did a fabulous job. When I said I needed to call the rental car agency to return the rental, they said just bring it in and they would take car of the car for me. I would highly recommend Titus-Will collision Center and their staff.”

“Stopped in with a question about my gauge cluster failing. Typical GM product. Walked out an hour later with a rebuilt cluster to include adding a transmission gauge. They were quick, polite, very reasonably priced and have the neat guard dog named Archie! If you need gauge cluster rep, they are the shop to stop at.”

“On a Sunday, with my truck tire nearly flat. These folks had me in, repaired and on my worries free way for a mere few dollars. 15 min. They were excellent. Showed their used tires for near future, they will have me back. This senior is very grateful.”
“I feel bad about my previous review from 2022. At that time the new ownerrs had just bought the shop from Jenny and I wasnt used to them. I have been taking my cars here since 2012 before the new owners bought this shop and I can say they have not only maintained Jenny's legacy, but they have gone above and beyond in the best way. I recommend them constantly. Also, as a woman, I have to say, If you are a woman and skeptical of mechanics, come here. You will not be dismissed or belittled. These are honest, hard working, honorable dudes. Every concern I have ever expressed to them about my vehicle has been taken seriously and they are so kind and respectful. I can't say enough good things about this place. They never tell me I need something done that I don't need and they do quick and good work. I will take my cars here as long as I live in western WA. Love my dudes at evergreen auto.”

“I had to have my car towed because it wouldn’t start and when I called Midland auto they informed me that they can take my car day of. When it got there they were quick to inform me that it was in the shop and the same when they called me to inform me of the issues. They fixed my car same day and I was able to take it home that afternoon. They are very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be going back for maintenance and if I have any other issues.”

“Scott @ Stroh's is amazing.! Super personal and great at interacting with the customer. I had been putting off my oil change for a while, they got me right in and gave me a free inspection as well.! I got my car back in no time and they also changed my battery in my key fob, changed my air filter, and put air in all my tires.! Pleasantly surprised with the price as well. Overall, one of the best experiences with a mechanic I have ever had.”
“Very honest, brought down a JDM BH5 Legacy GT-B down there because I had concerns with some engine noise. I assumed the worst (rod knock), but was told that it was likely piston slap and I shouldn't be overly concerned with it. Seemed well versed in JDM variations of EJ motors. I would definitely go again.”

“I can't speak highly enough of David and his staff at Expert Muffler and Auto Repair. Unfortunately, I have had my vehicle towed to the auto shop multiple times over the past year (older vehicle with higher mileage) requiring repair and each time the issue has been resolved in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Furthermore, I have a job where I simply can't afford to miss ample time away from. During each repair, I have been able to return to driving that same day which speaks to the professionalism and expertise of the staff. To be noted, during my last repair, I did not incur any vehicle repair cost as the part was under warranty. The transparency offered was appreciated. There was one time where I had to take my vehicle to receive a diagnostic workup from the dealership (perhaps the shop was busier that day) and then promptly brought it back for repair with the specific issue identified. As the new year looms, I will happily continue to use his shop for auto repair needs while I reside in Tacoma.”
