“I went inside to get change for public transit. The bank branch was very professional and looked like a commercial bank versus a consumer bank. The teller was very pleasant and accommodating, even though, I was a zero profit customer. Consistency in customer service is sure tale sign of overall branch management. My rating reflects a positive experience but since not so substantive, I reserve the last star until I transact some more meaningful business there.”
“Every interaction we have had with this team has been a positive experience. During our visit on 3/10/23, there was a supervisor trainee who was extremely professional and kind during our process of opening a savings account. The trainer was very efficient and patient while walking the trainee through various processes.”

I had the pleasure of working with Jonzio, where do I begin. He was such a pleasure to work with. “I came to this branch in sheer panic as I was signing/closing for my house that morning and had to complete a wire transfer before my appointment. The first branch I went to which is my usual branch had a banker not show up so there would not be anyone available to help me until after my signing appointment. I went to the 6th ave branch and Marisabelle (manager) was kind enough to complete this for me and make sure the transfer went through before I left. I was able to make it and complete signing with 20 minutes to spare. Thank you Marisabelle and team!”
