“Dan M stopped by yesterday to troubleshoot my Wireless Connection issue in my living room.He advised of the 3 most likely causes and his suggestions for fixing, in order of least expensive. I love that Dan did NOT try to upsell me and was honest.His advice about trying an external Roku device to bypass the LG TV internal wireless receiver appears to have worked!For a $20 purchase at Bi Mart I am now able to get wireless connection and am again enjoying YouTub & Netflix.Thanks, Dan, you are so appreciated.”

“I would highly recommend Ducks Audio.They put in grill lights, under body lights, Amp and sub. I have had it for about 6 months no problems. When I went in and asked them to replace an grill light that had went out, (not their product) they wasted no time at all and sent me on my way saying you were under warranty.Highly recommend and I will be back.”
“I had a great experience at this location. I was helped by a lady named Desirae. I was having problems connecting my Apple Watch and also getting its own line so I can hike without taking my phone. I went into another location, which they were unsuccessful. They told me it was on when it was not then I tried to do it on my own at home, which I also have problems with, but I went into the store and Desirae helped me and figured out the problem. I left the store, happy and in smiles thank you so much. I appreciate what you do.”
