“Just wanted to recognize Beth and Donavin for helping me out big time. I had an issue with transferring wifi services to my new residency and had massive increase in my monthly bill. No luck with any of the reps I spoke to over the phone, it was a disaster. I came in person to this location and Beth and Donavin graciously dealt with my frustrations, submitted a ticket, were able to credit all the charges back on my account, and lower my monthly bill to what I was paying previously. Donavin kept in contact with me providing updates, troubleshooting problems and to top it off, was able to get me a new modem. I really appreciate you guys! Thank you ?.”

“Daniel gave me amazing support in upgrading my phone and explaining the promotion I went in to find out more about! I’m also an authorized user on a family account and he pointed out a few things in my bill that were unnecessary and saved my family a bit of money on the monthly bill. He was very patient, friendly, and not pushy like you may expect some sales people to be at mobile stores. I would definitely go back to this location. The other staff also seemed very friendly and checked I was being helped. I’m very happy with my service!”

“We went here yesterday to get 2 new phones and we had the best experience!!! Logan R. Took care of us, we were also in a time crunch and he did it all within 30 minutes which was amazing, he was super easy going and is literally so knowledgeable about everything in the store & with the phone plans. He also helped us out with getting a Verizon visa, which is saving us 900 bucks a year! So a big shoutout to Logan R.! Thanks man! Chilton also helped us out, he was super friendly and gave us some costumer appreciation gifts which was so awesome!!! Thank you Chilton! This is definitely our new store to come to.”
