“I had a really frustrating experience with the T mobile customer support line a few days ago, but once that fiasco was over I decided to go in store to get a new S26. Porter helped my husband and I. He went above and beyond to work with us, the app and the account information on his end. T mobile is running several promotions for the new phone, but I qualified for none of them when I walked into the store. Porter worked with us to change plans around, calling 611 himself (saving us from the 7th circle of hell that that experience is) multiple times and doing some work around to not only get me my new phone, but get it with a promotional rate. Thank you so much Porter! You were absolutley fantastic and so helpful. We really appreciate all of your effort!”

“I initially tried resolving my issue by calling Verizon’s business hotline, but after being disconnected multiple times and getting nowhere, I decided to visit this store in person. That’s when I met Jen, who turned everything around. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and worked with me over several days to get everything sorted out. Her dedication and customer service were outstanding. If you're having trouble getting support elsewhere, I highly recommend coming to this location—especially if you get the chance to work with Jen!”

“I had a great experience today with Jack (has also been rated under the name of Zack). I bought a new phone and it needed a sim card. I already had a T-Mobile account. Jack advised me I could use my old phone sim card and he quickly changed the sim card. Jack then set up my new phone up and transferred all my data. While this may not seem like a big deal to most, it saved me time, and I learned some things from Jack too.”

“My customer service experience today at my local xfinity store was exceptional! Day after Christmas, they were busy and I didn't have an appointment. Greeted at the door by a friendly rep who asked if I had an appointment then took my name when I advised I didn't. Less than 10 minutes I had a female representative that was awesome. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Replaced my cable box that failed after a power outage. Thanks to her, she made my day!”

“I went to the Xfinity store yesterday to ask about adding a phone to my plan and worked with Joelle, who was quick to greet me and ready to help. In addition to answering my phone questions, she managed to lower my cable bill, suggested I take home a new modem to improve my Wi-Fi, and even set me up with a new phone plan that completely eliminated my separate cell phone bill—all by bundling my services with Xfinity.

I can’t say enough about how patient and understanding she was. It was such a delight to work with her, and I truly appreciate the time she took to make sure everything was right for me. It was so much easier being able to talk to a real person and get everything handled in one visit. I left feeling happy and relieved, which has never happened after a phone call with customer service!

“They were able to help me get into a last years model phone, 16 plus, but a little disappointed, was talked into adding a new line to get a free phone, so I now for 3 years, have to pay for an extra line I don’t need. Not sure what happened, as 2 of my lines were eligible for upgrades.”
