“I had a great experience at this location. I was helped by a lady named Desirae. I was having problems connecting my Apple Watch and also getting its own line so I can hike without taking my phone. I went into another location, which they were unsuccessful. They told me it was on when it was not then I tried to do it on my own at home, which I also have problems with, but I went into the store and Desirae helped me and figured out the problem. “Great and quick service! Staff members are very polite and professional. They wend above and beyond the task. My old MacBook crashed on update and Fixoid was able not just retrieve files but replace battery, clean it and put paste on moving parts. It is running like new now.”

Stood on business with the call service person ensuring the account was set up, making sure they sent us a temporary password for something instead of giving a personal password on the recorded phone call and were an overall nice group of people here. Took care of us, we were also in a time crunch and he did it all within 30 minutes which was amazing, he was super easy going and is literally so knowledgeable about everything in the store & with the phone plans. He also helped us out with getting a Verizon visa, which is saving us 900 bucks a year! So a big shoutout to Logan R.! Thanks man!
