“You know what's funny, Napa is 5 minutes from my house and I always forget about it cuz I generally go to O'Reilly's. But it turns out they didn't have a part I needed a nap I did. To really cute little automotive shop it's not huge but it's chock full of tools and kind of like a hidden gem in Gig Harbor. I would recommend it.

In a couple of weeks it’s the back driver side caliper and I can assure you that I will be going to these guys( shout out to Ms. Ivory, Michael, and my dude Giovani* hope I spelled that right?) Anyway, great O’Reilly great staff they won’t disappoint.”

I told them what I wanted, and they were able to work with me on the price, so it was worth driving a little further. Also, this dealership is 100% indoors vs. outside. Also, the sales and finance people are out in the open and not locked away in some secret room. The bottom line is, if your local dealership feels like tug-of-war or a fight... just come here instead because you will be talked to like a person, vs. a price point.”
