After a few test runs on a few mattresses, she asked us for more specifics; soft, firm, etc. We then were directed to a different section, which was exactly what we were looking for, and we purchased the most awesome mattress! Easy set up for payments and super quick! Kylee was super attentive, a good listener, and gave her professional opinion when warranted!

“Furniture Row is always a good experience. No pressure from the sales reps. Your always greeted when come in and transactions are smooth. They do up sale for delivery charges. So the very 100 bucks you save in cost. They just charge that same cost in delivery. Go figure.”
“Briana was wonderful to work with through the selection and sales process in the store — but it's when there's an issue that you really get to see how much a business cares. In my case, my order arrived on time, but it was made for the wrong mattress. Once I let Briana know, she immediately took ownership and jumped into action to remedy the situation, and, without my even asking, she offered some valuable add-ons for free to make up for the inconvenience (like shipping the correct mattress to my home at no cost). Then she personally followed up with me and even sent a handwritten thank-you card! Her professionalism will definitely have me back as a customer and recommending Comfort City to others. “Very cute store and the woman with the jewelry counter was SO friendly and helpful! I ended up with a really cool mini-mosaic brooch and she was able to tell me a lot about it! I wasn’t even planning on getting any jewelry, but I couldn’t resist this! There’s a great selection. A different woman also helped us with the lipstick plants! Incredible staff and a really fun store to explore!”

“Asked several people around town where to go to invest in an amazing armoire and some other decorations for our home. So many people told us to check out Trovato Interiors on Sprague near Spokane Valley City Hall.Very friendly Susan showed me an amazing armoire she says is over 200 years old. Beautiful piece.Also picked up some funky pillows and, I don't know what they are called, throw blankets perhaps?, that are furry and are for our new couch.Trusted and successful citizens of the community are correct. Trovato is THE place to go for your furniture and home decorating needs.It is a shame some people have taken to writing fake 1 star reviews for some reason. Susan and Trovato Interiors are truly 5 STAR.”

“We recently built a new retirement home and installed Huntwood cabinets . We could not be happier with the cabinets, the design and the service. We worked with Angela at the Bellevue showroom. She was patient, responsive and so incredibly helpful during the whole process. We did have a couple of adjustments after the installation and they were all taken care of. I saw the other lower rated reviews and based on my experience I was surprised. Perhaps it's the location. I would absolutely recommend Huntwood to my best friend!”
“Brooke provided some of the most compassionate and thoughtful customer service I have ever experienced. My family was preparing to drive to Montana for my father in law’s funeral, and today was also my son’s 11th birthday. I needed to quickly grab him a present so he would still feel celebrated and special during such a difficult time.
I originally tried to place an order for pickup, but I learned that mornings are one of the busiest times. I ran to the LEGO section and found the set I wanted, along with a spider LEGO set my son had seen and loved at LEGOLAND. The set was $10 less with the online order pickup price, but we needed to get on the road right away.
I was overwhelmed and completely discombobulated, so I explained everything to Brooke. She immediately understood and price matched the online pickup price for me. She helped me get out of the store quickly so we could begin our drive to Montana while still making sure my son felt special on his birthday.

“Like a big treasure hunt for bargins. Big location and lots to look at a good price cuts. Staff was very friendly and helpful, most deals were good. Got a inflatable body glove performance gts paddle board for $189. Can be a bit dusty but worth the time.”
