I had gone to another cricket store prior to stopping at this one, and the customer service was day and night. He is friendly, helpful and knows how to get his point across :)”

“This store is so busy, all the time! So, plan to wait a bit when you go. But, the staff really is quite plentiful. Our wait time was quite short, and the gentleman that helped us was friendly, and very knowledgeable. Our experience was really great!”

“I entered the store with my partner. There were three workers, two Hispanics and one American, they treated us well and answered our questions very kindly, the problem was with a woman who apparently is in charge of the establishment who treated us in a somewhat arrogant manner, she barely treated us, if we had a question about the line change, she was only talking to one of the workers and didn't look at us at all. Maybe because we are immigrants, although taking into account that this lady is also an immigrant, I don't understand her attitude. Anyway, I'm sorry for the other three workers who have such an irritating and unempathetic boss.”

“I was frantic after losing my phone and worried about getting all my info transferred on to a new one. Even though I showed up 30 min before closing Angela went out of her way to make sure my new phone was loaded and ready to go. She stayed almost 45 min past closing on a Saturday night to ensure I was covered. And the whole time she remained pleasant with a smile on her face. That's customer service at its best. She also made sure I had her contact numbers should I run into any problems. I appreciated her more then I can say. Verizon better treat that lady well she's worth her weight in gold”
“I initially tried resolving my issue by calling Verizon’s business hotline, but after being disconnected multiple times and getting nowhere, I decided to visit this store in person. That’s when I met Jen, who turned everything around. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and worked with me over several days to get everything sorted out. Her dedication and customer service were outstanding. If you're having trouble getting support elsewhere, I highly recommend coming to this location—especially if you get the chance to work with Jen!”

“I was trying to get my phone activated for a couple days, but kept encountering multiple issues after more issues with my phone, other stores, the self service website crashing, a required but hidden second IMEI, and more. Finally, Valentines I think the employee's name was able to do some sort of service call override and get it activated. My new phone is working great now!”

“Depending on the location, their services is okay, I only like the fact, i can buy a pizza with the EBT snap, which they cook as well, instead of having to spend cash, so it's convenient for last minute meals on the go..otherwise it basic junk food, only meant for temporary consumption, especially if your trying to be healthy.. with that said, only go when needed, unless your on the go, and it's the last resort!!”

“I’m a regular and live really close to this place. Been so for many years. Many have learned and addressed me by name. The staff here help out local people who are in need. I’ve seen it first hand. It’s a rough area but they all do their best to make the store safe. The staff almost always make sure to tell me about good deals and try to make sure I’m getting maximum points and remind me to use them as much as possible before the resets. It’s a good store in a not so good area. I know it’s not the only place like that in Portland, but good on them for trying hard to make it a friendly and welcoming store.”
