Oh, and they had the same prices as Costco for the President's sale for the model I wanted.

“I called the Bellevue location and talked to Shelly, I described to her my weaving projects and that I needed a sewing machine to help me with serging ends as well as hem thicker rolled fabric. I was stuck at work and couldn't go in person to look at machines right away, and she was so patient and knowledgeable..we discussed several options that could work for me. Ultimately I was able to make it in before they closed and she helped me again, spent time with me doing demonstrations with machines there. She was so helpful, I'm so thankful there is a shop with so many wonderful people working! I love my new machines, I'm 110% happy with my purchases and would highly recommend this store!”

“We recently moved and one of our biggest worries was that we would have trouble fitting a laundry center in the tight and narrow space that was dedicated for it. We called Albert Lee to ask for their input and they were so friendly and helpful. We let them know the machine we were interested in and we sent them pictures of the laundry space, the narrow hallway that the machine would have to fit through, and all dimensions. After they said they could install the machine, we were able to order it over the phone and the machine arrived 3 days later. The delivery/installation team was great! Very friendly and informative, and they were able to successfully install the machine without any issues! All in all, excellent customer service from the beginning, friendly and informative. They even said we could refuse delivery and get a refund in the event that the machine could not be installed, since we did our due diligence with providing pictures and measurements. Would recommend Albert Lee to anyone and will definitely use them in the future for our appliance needs.”

It seems that their inventory levels has been a little less than what they were in the past, but 3 out of 6 times I go in there they never have what I'm looking for.. But it's the closest store from my place so the convenience is more than the inventory.”

I bought a place recently in Redmond and I was lucky to have Home Depot within a mile of my new place. I had to replace all the bathroom toilets and other kitchen appliances . Matt, a Home Depot outdoor loading associate, loaded my heavy home improvement toilet in an ex Uber that I ordered, and he did this with a smile and was very cordial and very enthusiastic about helping us.
Matt, was very professional, courteous and eager to help.

“HUGE shout out to my man Jesse. If you go this store, you will likely run into him and he will be working his butt off. He helped us design our kitchen with cabinets and countertops. He was always trying to problem solve our restrictions. He thought about a ton of scenarios we overlooked. He was always looking to save us the most money by keeping in contact about new sales. While installing the cabinets he took every single one of our calls and got the information we needed. This store is lucky to have him.
Also, please hire more people at this Lowes. It is becoming a very common occurrence where departments just don't have someone during peak hours of the day.”
