“I try to be environmentally conscious and took some electronics in for disposal and recycling a few days ago. "Jeff" assisted me. He was friendly and went over and beyond. It was an easy process, and I would recommend them.”

“I visited Computer Concepts a few months back to have the look at my parents computer that would not send a signal to the monitor. They quickly diagnosed and provided options. While I in the end decided repair was not the best option the staff was super helpful and friendly. The experience was so good that now my son's computer is having issues I know exactly where to bring it. Stop looking for a computer repair/upgrade/supply store you found it! Small local company that still understands customer service! Any time someone brings up they are having computer issues Computer Concepts are the first words out of my mouth.”

“Robert is great! He’s knowledgeable professional and easy to work with. He diagnosed the problem with my desktop rig and had me order a part that was installed quickly. Prides are very reasonable. Highly recommend!”

“I had a problem with my old laptop which I have coverage on through Best Buy Total. It was a hardware issue that couldn't be solved by the online help. It was easily solved by taking it in, then them letting me know what fan to order off of Amazon and a quick return appointment to have it installed.I had had the hard drive replaced a few years ago, the laptop is still super fast and has lots of room left so I felt no need to replace it. I was glad to solve it this way. This policy is my most utilized insurance coverage and I've been impressed with their responses.”

“We used to get parts from them all the time. However, it seems like they are out of business. Their phone is never answered. Just rings and hangs up. Haven't been able to get a hold of them in about 5 years. And the Google business listing has said they are "temporary closed" since before COVID. Their facebook.meta page hasn't seen a update since 2017, and a google search of their business does not turn up a company website anymore. So I am guessing out of business. Very sad.”

“It is not big. But worth a visit when you want to learn a bit the history of microsoft. The flagship is interesting. And I bought a souvenire T-shirt, which is normally not sold outside. The new campus of MS is really worth to visit.”

“I drove over an hour and a half to visit the store to try some Razer products out and arrived at 6pm on a Friday. The store was closed!!!! Their website and sign on their door said they were open until 8pm. This was also confirmed by a store employeee via phone call earlier in the day. Not sure why they were not open but it was extremely disappointing.Edit: Went to the store the day after and it was fantastic! Staff was super helpful and easy to talk to. Really nice trying out all of their laptops and peripherals. Even picked myself up a fan controller!”

“I like roaming around Best Buy, it’s nice to see things in person that you would typically only see online. The return policy is great and returning something has never been a hassle.”
