I came in to the branch frustrated about previously given misinformation from another branch and Julissa was wonderful in working me through the issue and explaining everything. She was patient, kind and went above and beyond in her customer service so that the situation turned around and I left feeling very reassured and valued. I would highly recommend her and this branch to anyone looking for help.”
“Preapproved for a loan they said they could do, but turns out they couldn’t do - they told me to take it with the out of state lender and then go with them, promising I would get the same rate I was approved for. I did that and then when it came time to transfer the loan they told me the rate is now 2% higher because my credit dropped from using the other lender - they wouldn’t honor the original rate despite telling me they would. To make matters worse they won’t remove the credit pull after messing all of this up. Extremely disappointed to say the least.
Edit: someone from management reached out to me and made the situation right, I appreciate them doing that.”

They’re all down-to-earth, welcoming, and make it so easy to ask questions, As someone younger and less familiar with the ins and outs of dealerships or loan processes, I deeply appreciated their openness and the way they made every question feel valid. “I opened an account here 8 or 10 years ago. Hard to remember, but one thing isn't. Verity was welcoming, easy and very manageable. I was invited to speak with financial analysts to help with any future planning I had in mind. They were quick to help with any questions i've had, in person, over the phone or via the app/website messaging feature. The app is easy to use, the website has a great breakdown.
There are a lot of 1 star reviews on here stating some pretty intense frustration. Maybe stop and think what really happened there. Verity has never done wrong to myself or anyone I know who use them. I moved to NY and I still use them because of the service they provide. I'd be tickled pink if they ever moved East.”
“After weeks of my wife noticing an issue with her account. Our local branch couldn't decipher the problem. The 800 number people helped some. So with no real resolution we stopped in to the Everett Financial Center. We began the quest of a solution. The third associate Mimi Sae Thang was very professional, without being dismissive she calmly listened and asked more questions uncovering the issue. She took the time to research what was going on. She was thorough, at one point she excused herself to ask her team member Lynette for more clarification. Mimi soon discovered the solution to my wife's issue. When we left, the issue had been resolved to our complete satisfaction. The Browns”

Rhys was communicative & professional in his respect for our needs, privacy, and schedule. I heartily recommend the bank and this branch, and commend them on the quality of their staff, as well as the excessive height of their ceiling. The print quality of the cards minted onsite, however, is poor. I encourage you to inspect your card for legibility and print quality before leaving with it.”
