“This store has just about anything a country store would need. The only thing they don't do is cook food which the employee said they were getting their permits to do. They sell everything from bait, knives to propane and milk. They even sell flowers and wine for Valentine's day. The prices aren't crazy either. This is that great place when it's late, you don't want to drive into town but need those few items.”

For such a busy store, she and the employees keep it well stocked and clean, and they’re always helpful and smiling. “The staff here is very friendly. When I walk in, they already know what I need without having to ask. The cashiers are kind and respectful. It’s a great place to stop to get something to eat. Their food is delicious, especially breakfast. The parking lot is also very large and easy to maneuver. This is helpful since it is located right off of a busy highway. There’s also a sense of security because it appears that there is a police department located behind the establishment.”

“Often visiting at night, I've always had the pleasure of being helped by courteous and extremely friendly staff. The updated outside construction that was underwent last year greatly improves getting in-and-out of the parking lot and to the fuel pumps.”
“This is such a great stop for gas, snacks, and drinks! The entire store is clean inside and out. Every time I go inside, I am greeted by a friendly associate eager to assist. Roc’s has online food ordering and a clean little cafe area if you wish to dine in. By the way, they have an awesome Reuben sandwich!”

“I come in every day around 3 am. When mike is here he makes my coffee fresh everyday. Even the people who work the other 2 days when he isn't here do it. Came in today they had a new dude from a different store working. He was nice but when he made the coffee he insisted that it was only on pack of coffee per whole giant pot. It clearly says on package 1 pack per half pot and 2 per whole pot. I said it was 2 and i thought he put 2 after that but when i left i could tell right away he only put 1. I thought customer was always right? Nice guy but how do you work at a place that makes coffee and not know the right way to do it. I will still continue to come here because everyone is very nice and helpful but im little disappointed he did that.”

“Paying for convenience, time and lots more!
There are store-specific reasons that make our 7-11 on Washington St in Bolivar-Harpers Ferry 25425, better than other options. This 7-11 has the best management, staff, customer service and care I’ve ever seen. They’re running circles around other stores. I’ve asked for a couple things to be added to the inventory: they make a note and if possible, it’s available there in a short time!
They are also our local liquor store and they listen to suggestions on what the local folks want to buy. I wish all places had this kind of service but I’m glad it’s still the norm for “my store”.

“Convenient place has a little bit of everything it's the only place and Charles Town it has 100% gasoline with no ethanol. The drinks are a little expensive in the store but other than that it's great but it's not exactly in the greatest part of town”
“As far as gas stations go, this extremely clean and not over crowded. The service is extremely good and the food is delicious ( sandwiches). I definitely recommend as a good place to load up on food and gas for your your day.”
