Literally the only negative I could say was there was a slight stale odor in the room but there's an indoor pool and an outdoor pool so people probably come into the room wet and get the carpet wet all the time. It wasn't a deal breaker by any stretch of the imagination. Besides that the room was CLEAN. There was a crack in the window that overlooked the outdoor pool. But honestly, who cares? Come on, it's not the Ritz Carlton. The bed as clean and comfortable and the breakfast was GOOD. Staff was friendly and helpful. And bottled water is complementary!! Don't let the low rating scare you away. There's a lot of bad reviews from years ago and they've obviously addressed those issues because my experience didn't reflect those reviews at all. For the price, it was fantastic. I'd stay here again anytime.
