This was the first time that we had a not so good experience because his grooming turned out really wonky. However, the way the situation was handled was top tier customer service and is what will make me come back! After being groomed, I called the manager (Susan) and she offered for me to bring Astro in the very next morning to fix him. Once getting there, it only took about 15-20 minutes to get him looking better. When I went back inside to pick him up, she explained that the person that previously groomed him is newer. I told her it’s totally fine and I get that sometimes things happen. She then told me that I’d be getting a refund for the entire service. I insisted that it was fine but she told me that since I had to drive all of the way back and had a not so good experience, she wanted to do it. She could’ve just fixed Astro and we would’ve been happy with leaving and probably never coming back, but because of Susan’s customer service and willingness to make things right when a mistake was made, we will most definitely be returning back and asking for her next time. Thank you Susan!

601 D Street, South CharlestonTook the fam to eat. Kids shared the rice n ham. Husband got seafood pho. Didn't have alot of noodle. 4 shrimps 2 fishballs 1 squid.
I had the beef pho under special order. No complaints plenty noodle, plenty meat.
The building was hot. Very delicious sweet tea I give a 4 star for attentive service. Flavor of the pho is ok. I was looking for the taste from back home in Texas .

242 7th Avenue, South CharlestonI recently door dashed from here and it was fantastic! I ordered the vegetable lo mein and the pepper chicken. My only complaint is that they sent plain lo mein instead of veggie lo mein, but the food was so good I didn't even care! Will definitely be back
