“Great staff, have always been helpful. Im the treasurer for a local elementary school PTO, and am in there often with our fundraising related deposits/withdrawals, so I've gotten to know the team. Most recently, we ran a "penny wars" fundraiser, which sounds like a great idea but is a LOT of work to execute. Angelina was awesome to work with, and helped us keep the counts straight by grade throughout the entire week. Thanks again to Angelina and her team in helping us with the event!”

“Not a review but after a run in with an old friend that lives near here I was curious if this location has had any ghost activity. I used to live in the old farm house that was on this location before the current building was built and we had two child ghosts we called Billy and Sally, as well as a tall shadow being that would stalk the house at night. So I was just wondering if anyone there has experienced anything like that. Feel free to delete this review if nothing is going on.”

I was a bit weary about changing banks but I know now that it was the right decision.”

“So I am a new customer to this bank and so far this bank has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am taking care of. I got a welcome card in the mail probably about a week after I opened my account. Then my bank agent called me to ask if I got my debit card asked if there was anything else I needed or did I have any questions. “I ordered replacement checks and the checks never made it to by house. I tried to work with both customer service and this bank branch to get replacement checks expediated to my house. I would think that since I am a customer of the bank that they would be willing, in this day of potential fraudulent activity, that they would want to help me get my checks. They were very unwilling to budge and wanted to charge me for the expediated request. I did nothing wrong and this "Friendly" bank was not willing to make an accommodation to keep my business tells me a lot about the company.I am upgrading my response to 4 stars as the Branch called me the next day and made me whole. I give them credit for taking the next step and helping me out. The replacement checks have been received and I am all good.”

“Visited the branch twice yesterday for various reasons. A friend went once the same day. Matthew Lussow helped me and is a total all-star in customer service. Bryan is great too. They make banking here so fast and easy. I always go inside to work with them. I don't like drive throughs in general, and I think going inside is actually quicker as there is rarely any wait inside the branch as opposed to drive through possibilities. Matthew has the best service of any branch I visit.”
