“Yesterday a young man delivered a package from Temu to my neighbor that I thought belonged to me because he looked directly at my house before he walked across the street with the orange bag. To my surprise there where two young ladies passing by and they burst out laughing, they could see my silhouette in the front door. My package was already on my porch in the corner. He was pausing to see if they would try and take it. He is an amazing person. Thank you so much Sir.”

LOVE coming here and am always humbled by the reminder of how genuinely nice everyone is at MF anytime I have to stop at another location. All postal workers put in EXHAUSTING and long days for us all, so I get why they might be burned out by the time the rest of us are starting our days... but everyone at the Menomonee Falls branch is amazing at greeting you with a smile and cheerily assisting you. So nice to see others so consistently choose joy and be the good. THANK YOU!”

“My husband and I just had to mail out a phone that we were trading in. There were a lot of workers this Saturday morning and the three staff that we worked with were very fast, efficient, and most importantly respectful. The first staff, we paid for bubble wrap and asked to borrow a scissor. She gave us one to use without making us feel bad for asking. The second staff helped us because she saw that we were going to use a box that did not allow shipping phones in. She grabbed the correct package for us and helped us pack up our phone. The third staff was the cashier for when we had to pay for the package and drop off the mail. She was also fast in helping us check out. All ladies were very respectful and respect and kindness goes a long way. We really appreciate it.”

Staff have always been friendly to me I've never had an issue like the other commenters here. Also haven’t had any packages go missing that I dropped off here so I’ll continue to come here.”

“I stopped in this past weekend to mail a package to some family abroad. It had been a while since I had sent a package out of the country, I forgot which paperwork needed to be filled out. The girls at the counter were friendly and helpful, and even had me get a different box that saved me about $20! They went above and beyond and I am so grateful for their assistance. Thank you!”

Everytime the clerks were very helpful.The location is easy to get to from the highway and typically not as busy. “Staff is absolutely amazing never had a problem. Unfortunately almost every time i go into the post office a customer is complaining about something. It’s was a time the guy behind the counter told a customer that if they didn’t have any tape, they had some for sale. The customer went crazy and stormed out. I mean he was a little bit stern but he didn’t say it in like a rude way. Like last week I was being helped by a bigger black guy (super nice with a huge smile) but i couldn’t even focus on my transaction because i distracted by this guy being helped next to me. He was being extremely rude to the black woman behind the counter. Like to the point i had to tell him to like calm down and just leave. I came back yesterday to deliver some packages and the lady in front of me i guess was picking something up and the woman (the same black woman from like last week) at the counter asked her to fill something out that was on the blue counter and the woman in line went off on this poor girl. The woman was shoving her papers at her. All i remember her saying was i never had to do this before. The woman behind the counter was nice enough to take me even though the woman was still there filling out the little sheet of paper at the counter. She was really sweet, i know that the situation could have been less hostile without that woman being so upset about filling out that piece of paper. I wish I would’ve said something. I just hate seeing people treated the way she was being treated. And for this to be the 2nd time in front of me. It’s just upsetting.”

“Everyone that works here that I've met had a absolutely GREAT PERSONALITY, and talk to me as if we've been friends for years. There's only 1 Lady who works Up Front at the Customer Service Counter, that is way too picky and serious. She will never laugh. Our Apartment Building gets Prestamped Envelopes from our Landlord to pay Rent, and if the Date on the Stamped Envelope isn't the same exact day. This Lady makes me Pay for a Stamp to put on this envelope, and I'm Permanently Disabled and it's not like I can afford to buy a Stamp for a PreStamped Envelope!!! This Lady, I think, has some kind of MENTAL PROBLEM WITH BEING FRIENDLY TO THE PUBLIC, because I will tell a Joke, and everyone in the Post Office will laugh except for this 1 Lady. I don't know what her Name is, but I'm thinking that it's ,"FLORENCE." Besides dealing with her, this Post Office is 5+ STARS , and I recommend it to anyone that asks me. There's 1 Man, who will go way out of his way to make sure that you're happy, or you have gotten exactly what you went there for. I'm 95% Positive that this A+ EMPLOYEE'S NAME IS ,"JAMES!!" It's Employees like JAMES that makes any Company GREAT, and this Post Office should be TOTALLY GRATEFUL THAT THEY HAVE ,"JAMES", WORKING FOR THEIR COMPANY!!! Employees like this make people like going into the Post Office, and it's AWESOME WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE POST OFFICE, and SOMEONE SAYS HI _ _ _ _ , because he will remember your Name.
