“This is the most well-organized thrift store I've ever visited. Although they don't offer as many promotions as some other Goodwill locations, and the prices were a bit higher, everything was neatly organized and easy to browse. The quality of the items was also noticeably better than at most other thrift stores.”
“Came here today, their store is the cleanest goodwill I have been too. Staff is an overall plus they are super friendly and caring. Im a regular and get greeted because I get recognized. Cashiers will let you know you have points with out asking! Recently found an old album got a deal for 1.99.”

“Every time I go to a Goodwill store which I frequent quite often, I can always find something that someone needs I don't really like that we have to bring our own bags now because I never know when I'm going to be stopping in. I guess I'll just put some in my trunk and leave them there for the next visit. It was very well-organized and very clean. I do like that they have fitting rooms as well. This most certainly helps with returns. Thank you for everyone that gives 100% every day to keep a Goodwill going.”
“Has the best half off price discounts out of any of the thrift stores in the Milwaukee metro area. Racks upon racks of clothing. We've found suits, shoes, dresses, jackets, belrs, shorts, tees, sweaters, etc from vintage to new brand name attire here for a few decades. The store looks no different from 30 years ago. Still a bit dingy but regardless, the treasures you can find here are endless. I've found some great vinyl and CDs, furniture, kitchenware, craft supplies, toys, books and knick knacks. It's our favorite brand of thrift store. The staff have mostly, always been helpful. The store is always busy as well.”

complaining might make you feel a little better, but it does nothing. money talks. and the money, right now, is QUICKLY growing exponents within the entire second hand industry. go ahead and do a quick Google search.

these thrift stores don't have the staff nor the space to let merchandise just sit on shelves for days, weeks, etc....if merchandise was truly priced too high, it would noticeably sit idly on the shelves.
but that's not the case. in fact, it's the opposite.
you may not like it, but thrifting is mainstream. capitalism is king.

“I love shopping here. We were there today and the staff was super helpful and professional. I left my id in a changing room, and they called me over the PA to come get it. The changing room was clean, and the clothes have been laundered.
I have never had one issue here and I've been shopping here for years. Keep up the great work everyone!! Don't change!”
“I have ALWAYS loved GD. Big fan...but I have to say, same gripes as everyone else. No more half price weekly promotion, prices are sometimes laughable, chance of finding a 'treasure' eliminated. (see Goodwill Auction, thats where they sell stuff that you won't see)
I still have the love but my expectation now is to maybe find something at a reasonable price. Meh”
