“If I was rating the phone company and their service it would be a lot lower. I'm not sure what's going on with there service these days. To spotty were we live now, can't get my account right. Because of that I have to drive 40 mins each time to get verified to do anything. Anyways, just worked with Mr Eferan R. Great guy, very helpful, polite and informative to get everything accomplished this trip to town. Talked with customer service on the phone for me and was able to get my transfer pin without a headache for once. Thank you sir!”

“My phone fell off the top of my car and was run over many times. I went to US Cellular the next morning. Megan was awesome. She hooked me up with a sweet phone. But while she was activating it, she talked with me and asked how my weekend was. It was so fun chatting with her. Megan made me feel like family while I was waiting for a new phone. It was honestly the highlight of my day. What a great experience :)”

“After saying I would never need a phone one because I don't need people to know where I am every day /timed and I have minimal friends. I've been with US Cellular since I was ????... maybe 20 (couple decades ago) I still would rather have landlines and then voice recorder. Keep it simple. Especially when you don't have much technological understanding, general understanding, anxiety (so I have to REALLY hope I get a patient employee) ??????????I get the joy of changing phones and my nasty anxiety is already kicking in already. I’ve had some disappointing experiences with T-Mobile in the past, but today was completely different thanks to Ernest Moore. The store was incredibly busy, yet he still managed to provide exceptional service. He checked in with customers, communicated clearly, and made sure no one felt ignored.

Despite the rush, he took the time to help me and even applied my screen protector flawlessly, no bubbles, no dust, just perfect! His attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out.

“I will start out saying I had nothing but trouble and being on hold for weeks just to be hung up by customer service. I have been trying to switch my phone lines and internet over and had nothing but problems. I finally went to the Menasha store (almost in tears), since I couldn't get any assistance online or over the phone, and I had Jennifer help me. Jennifer was the most helpful person I had the pleasure to work with in any company in years. She helped transfer my phone over, and figure out my other issues. I would highly recommend going by her before wasting your time calling. I can't say enough good things.”

“John at Verizon was SO helpful! It was a stressful week being a Cellcom customer because of the outage and I needed a new working phone FAST. John helped guide me through all the options & made the process easy and painless. We are using a port-in-later method so I can get my original phone number when Cellcom is back up and running. He was super knowledgeable on all the bundles and add ons and although I didn’t get any I feel like it’s the first time I understand what I could get at a later point. John also reached out a few days later to make sure I was liking my new phone and didn’t have any issues. 10/10 customer service!”
