“I came into the Co KK store to see if my Group Messages could be fixed. I've had my phone since 2018, I'm a loyal customer since 1980s. I had been waiting to upgrade my phone but couldn't afford one until now. The phone I bought was half off, perfect timing with my birthday in 4 days. They (Cooper and Doug) did not pressure me, at all, helped me purchase everything I needed for my phone and set me up transferring everything from my old phone to the new and did not lose any of my data. I will continue to be a loyal customer and patronize this store again. Best customer service and experience!”
“I brought in an item that had sentimental value and I thought needed a special light bulb. The guys at J&J spent at least 45 minutes trouble shooting the item and we found it needed some alterations to make it work. Instead of selling me something I didn't need, they worked to solve the problem. I didn't need to buy anything and I paid a very minimal amount for their expert service. I am VERY thankful to the two guys that helped me. Thank you so much!!”
“If I was rating the phone company and their service it would be a lot lower. I'm not sure what's going on with there service these days. To spotty were we live now, can't get my account right. Because of that I have to drive 40 mins each time to get verified to do anything. Anyways, just worked with Mr Eferan R. Great guy, very helpful, polite and informative to get everything accomplished this trip to town. Talked with customer service on the phone for me and was able to get my transfer pin without a headache for once. Thank you sir!”

“The employees in this store are caring, helpful people! I am in a wheelchair and 2 of your employees rushed to hold open the doors for my husband to push me through. Your employee took care of my needs “Lickety-split” he knew what my problem was and how to fix it right away. I wish I had gotten his name so I could sing his praises directly. It was around 1:30pm on Monday 8/24/26 if that helps. Then both of those same guys held open the doors for us to exit. That is So Nice and you would not believe how many businesses have people that stand there and watch you struggle & do nothing. Anyway, when we were leaving we saw some friends of ours who had come out of the ice cream shop near Verizon and they saw the two Verizon guys holding the doors for us and they commented on how nice that was of them to do that. So we are all impressed and will be sending friends and relatives who have needs to checkout Verizon for their phones, watches, hotspot bricks and anything else Verizon handles, not only for their technology, knowledge/ability to problem solve but also for their caring, helpful culture.
