I felt bad for her as the couple before us and one of the phones we were buying were not working out well as the Samsung transfer software wouldn't connect and she had to do one of our phones the slower way. Really good recharging sets. They are nice and let me recharge my phone at their store I charged it 50 percent then continue my errands. Free parking 1 to 2 blocks away from public transport. Wheelchair accessable. A.T.&T. retrieved a few hundred of my emails that were not in trash, I never deleted, they went to school and earned their degree.”

“We’ve been an AT&T customer since roughly1988. We’ve upgraded our phones with att numerous times. We have 3 phones on our plan and upgraded the most recent time on July 1, 2024. Since we did this, strange things were happening that have never happened before. We dealt with Kyle and he did all he could to help us out on 2 separate occasions. The third time we went into the store an associate met us and told us this wasn’t his problem and we had to go to the Apple Store. Needless to say we weren’t happy. On Sunday July 21, 2024 I called ATT and the first time I chose the callback option because the time frame was 5-8 minutes. Never received a call back. After a couple of hours, I called again chose the hold option and then was subsequently sent to voice mail to leave a message.
We went back to the Apple Store and they did nothing. We finally ended up back at the same ATT store and spoke with Liz. I was very angry but held my tongue and just wanted to turn the phone back in. Liz was very gracious and left us for a minute after we explained what happened. He manager Samantha was very gracious in getting us a new phone as a way of ruling out the phone being the issue. If it weren’t for these two young ladies, I would be looking for another carrier but they won me back. Exceptional service that both Samantha and Liz provided!!! Thank you sooo much!”

“My daughter Jessica & myself Doug Hoskins stopped at the new Berlin store and were greeted by Ron Baker. Mr Baker was very congenial, knowledgeable & patient with us. I'm not very computer literate & Mr Baker took the time to explain things to me so I could understand. I ended up purchasing a new phone & am very happy I did! It took Ron about an hour to transfer my data because my old phone was so overfull & screwed up. It was a VERY positive experience. Ron called me a week later to see how I was doing with my new phone, which I appreciated. Great customer service! Great employee!”

I was in there for 3 hours today dealing with an issue I had been struggling with for months and probably spent 10 hours on the phone with no success. He worked with me as we got bounced around from department to department to explain the issue until it was finally resolved. All while maintaining patience and helping out other customers with efficiency as they came through the door. His ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining a calm presence is very comforting. Everyone I witnessed walked in left extremely happy, and so did I. Great stuff to see!”
