“Haley Johnson went above and beyond and knows her job inside and out . She deserves a raise and a promotion . I went in because my I was having issues allowing permissions to allow the DMV to take a picture for a drivers license renewal and she not only knew exactly why it was not working she fixed it then literally helped me get through the DMV website and helped me get done . She saved me a day , was extremely polite and made suggestions bout my settings and other issues. Previous help form other people when I got m phone there was also excellent . I have been to many US cellular stores in the past and this is the best by far .”

She answered all our questions, recommended phones and accessories, set up the new phone, transferred the contacts, and even downloaded the apps my Mom uses regularly so she didn't have to navigate that herself since she's not very tech savvy. Shakira was very patient throughout and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely go to this location again!”

“I was with Tracfone for over a decade but something went wrong recently. My phone suddenly stopped working, and I spent hours online with their tech support department, and they gave me the run around, cut me off, and locked up my phone even though my bill was paid. I gave up after five hours and the next day went to Cricket to get a new phone, the whole ordeal with the Clerk trying to get the transfer pin from Trac to get my new service activated with Cricket took 4 hours, and Trac jerked the clerk around. The clerk was there for me the whole time, and got my new service hooked up, activated, a new phone and plan, and no data was lost. Plus, this phone is much faster and has much more features and data space. I appreciate the good service and wish they have a brick and mortar store at a downtown State St. location as well.”
“We were referred to this location from the Monona store. Thank God! Monona store is terrible. We needed to replace a broken cell phone and talk about bill adjustments, trade in, service, etc. Our salesperson Taylor was over the top fantastic!She spent as much time as we needed. Figured out which scenario worked best for us! Explained how the new Verizon home Internet works and where it works. Not in Madison yet! She was great! Saved us money on future bills and got us some credits on services that we were still paying on that the Monona Location said they had taken care of! Awesome service!I cannot recommend this location any higher!”

The first time I arrived at the store yesterday, another rep was helping me. He was the worst. He was a complete jerk. You could tell he didn't want to be at work- but that's not the Customers fault.
I left pissed. I went to find a phone to start my insurance claim and came back to the store desperately, because in the Medical Field and being on call you need a PHONE! This is when SETH, MAUVE and EMILIANO STEPPED IN. They were calm, as I was a mess. Seth had so many good ideas to get me up and running again. I cant thank you enough you three, for going above and beyond to help me in my panic moment. I hope this reaches your Manager.

“You can schedule an appointment, but it's not required. I arrived at a not busy time & was waited on immediately without an appointment. The employee was friendly, competent & helpful. I was there to return equipment that I'd been renting from Spectrum, because I was moving & had setup a different Spectrum account at my new place (new/different equipment was already delivered to my new place). While I was there, I also paid my 1st month's bill on my new account. And, I asked the employee to check to be sure my disconnect order was entered for the account at my old place, so I got confirmation on that. There may be better deals available elsewhere for internet service, but Spectrum is the only internet provider where my new place is located. And, this review is about my experience at the Spectrum store I went to recently, not a review of internet service providers.”
