The family that works here is respectful the puppy’s there are so cute they look healthy they play on the floor so you can actually see the puppy in movement vs just a cage. They give you the things you need when you get a puppy and explain your options of how to care for them if anything comes about. The process was easy and I left with the most beautiful baby girl. I’m so happy. After spending weeks looking for a place I came to this spot waiting to find the right one and I found her. I love her so much and everything about her. W for the location the family the young man that helped us (I’ll add his name when I get to the paperwork). 5/5

Any time we pull into Playtime his tail starts wagging. We love that they post updates throughout the day and that every person there knows our dog and treats him like one of their own. Love the daily report cards and LOVE the fact that our pups daycare includes daily training and trick of the day.We moved out of bay view but will continue to bring him here as the experience and service is just worth it.Last, I have had a peace of mind since Zak began attending bay view bark. In summary we changed Zak from a franchise daycare (central bark) due to bad service and behavior changes in Zak…… I can tell bay view bark cares as they made sure to give me a virtual tour of the facility with the option to attend an open house, they made sure they over communicated with me to assure me all the care and training pups get before I enrolled Zak…... And since the switch I can see a drastic change in Zak’s behavior. He is much more brave, confident, and at ease when home. Zak is given his treats, lots of love, and lunch packed by us daily. I honestly love all the bay view bark team and Julia whom helped Zak be his sweet and brave self again.Ty bay view bark team <3

From the moment we walked in, Andrea, the vet assistant, was exceptional — compassionate, attentive, and genuinely kind. She took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and treated my cat with such care and respect that it immediately put me at ease. You can tell when someone truly loves animals and understands how stressful vet visits can be — Andrea is that person.
Dr. Steve and Dr. Nick were equally outstanding. Both doctors were thorough, knowledgeable, and patient, explaining everything clearly without rushing or dismissing concerns. They approached the situation with a balance of clinical expertise and genuine empathy, which is exactly what you hope for when your pet’s health is on the line. I felt fully informed, supported, and confident in the care plan moving forward.
What really stood out was the team dynamic — everyone worked seamlessly together, communicated clearly, and treated both pets and people with respect. It never felt transactional; it felt like a team that truly cares.

Once I did, I was called shortly after with a recommendation that he come in sooner and provided availability for same day appointments. The staff was all very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. My cat is very warry of new people, especially when he's being poked and looked at during a vet appointment. He was so comfortable and relaxed, so I was, too. The provided detailed care instructions which include quick solutions to try to address his illness. The price was also really reasonable. Overall, would highly recommend Small Animal Hospital.

I’m very grateful for their expertise and they are well worth the money.

Dr. Amy is absolutely brilliant and was a great comfort when our girl passed. Because of her, we felt much more confident that we were doing the right thing for Misty.
She’s home with us now, in a beautiful box with her sweet paw prints alongside the lovely card we were sent. When we are ready to bring a new pet into our lives, we are absolutely coming here again.
This team really cares, they remember you, and look forward to seeing you and your pet, they are very intelligent, respectful, and mindful. The first thing Dr. Amy said when she saw us was that she missed us, that was so sweet to hear especially on such a hard day. The staff were so lovely, offering water and letting us take our time, i really liked that we paid in the room instead of in the waiting room cause my mom and i were a MESS (understandably so.)

Canine Einstein
1601 E Oklahoma Ave, MilwaukeeCanine Einstein has been an absolute god-send for us. We rescued a two-year-old Golden retriever who turned out to be extremely dog-reactive. The strategies we were given by a previous trainer were ineffective and we were at our wits end. We stumbled on Canine Einstein purely by accident and I'm so glad we did. Dawn and Sylvie and the rest of the staff have worked with us so patiently over the last several months and we are seeing real progress. We have done private training, parallel pals, and reactive dog classes and every single time we come away feeling a sense that we can handle this. There is no judgement here. These are real people who have personal experiences of their own with challenging dogs and they make you feel empowered. They are kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and experienced. We just can't say enough good things about Canine Einstein.

The staff reassured me that my boy Rocky was in good hands. The staff even told me to call as much as I wanted to check in on him. This made any worries I had about being away from my fur baby go away. When I returned home to pick up my big boy he was so happy ? I was happy knowing the staff was able to help him come out of his shell (he's shy ?when it comes to other dogs). When the staff told me he actually made a friend (girlfriend) my heart melted. I've used the Doggy Office (Hemlock) now 3 times within 15 months, the 3rd time being as of almost 2 weeks ago. I can't imagine having to take my big boy anywhere else. We love the Doggy Office because they take great care our Rocky❤️

We brought our 2 dogs in because one of them, our blue Heeler puppy, had started biting and becoming aggressive due to his protective nature.By the time our sessions were through Gibbs was no longer anxious around other people and was obeying our commands even better than our other dog.The training isn’t for the dogs, it’s really for the owners. I ordered the hot latte with white chocolate and it was fantastic, served with nothing but smiles. I’m not someone who eats things that are on the sweet side but decided to indulge in the mini pancakes (crazy mix) and they were soooo good. I look forward to coming back. I also learned they are open late and as someone who doesn’t drink much I look forward to testing out the atmosphere in the evening sometime.

216 S 2nd St, MilwaukeeI went to lunch at Black Sheep with a friend and we had a lovely time! I love all the big windows that let a lot of light come in, the decor is very cool, the bar is beautiful, and I love the ambiance.
Our waitress, Mattea, was so personable, helpful, and kind. We really loved her!
For lunch I had the house salad with chicken and my friend ordered the tomato soup and grilled cheese- both were excellent! Can't wait to go back!!
