“It's always a pain to go to the post office regardless of location. This post office is small but effective. Though they are short staffed the workers are very helpful and do their best to keep the line moving.”

“Ivy was AWESOME! I needed fingerprints scanned on a Saturday and Ivy was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the whole process. The fingerprint scanners can be a bit finicky but Ivy was on top of if. Thank you again!”

“I come in often and frequently Kate is working- and she deserves a review. She is always kind, helpful and pleasant to talk to! Amazing at her job! (Newer post office- very clean and lots of space. I've never had an issue with shipping from here ?) 5 stars ? ? ? ? ?”

“UPDATE: it took a bit to finally get through to someone to let them know what happened but once I did the situation was sorted out quickly and efficiently! Im thankful that whoever I ended up talking to was able to look into the situation and get it sorted out. My packages for my birthday this week got returned to sender and my apartment got marked as “vacant” though everything is set up through my apartment to receive mail and when I went to check my mail today my name and address sticker was still in my EMPTY mailbox as I check my mail frequently since I have informed delivery”

“A package was stuck in blue mailbox near this post office. One could no longer open nor close the chute. My husband called them and they remedied the issue promptly. I recommend going to this station. The folks there are polite and knowledgeable & try to help you mail things at a reasonable cost.”

“I’ve been visiting the CG post office for 12 years now & they continue to exude the catered, small town, courtesy that I’ve always appreciated. They go above & beyond to ensure that my packages are delivered promptly & safely & they always smile & tell me to “have a great day!” It’s these little things that set them apart from other post offices in the area & the reason I rarely go anywhere else.”

101 N Klein Dr, Waunakee WI 53597
“I decided to do the internet trend of hiding in a box and shipping myself in the mail. The box I got in left the post office at 3:00 in the afternoon on Monday morning. I was delivered to a location in Omaha, Nebraska. The trip clearly took several days, and I nearly ran out of supplies. When I got out of my box, I was still in the Waunakee post office. It was 4:37 PM and it was still Monday. Quite odd. Pretty cool place to get your passport and send mail.”

205 Corporate Dr, Madison WI 53714
“I moved to a new place and after a few weeks I still was not receiving any of my mail at my new home, regardless of whether it was forwarded or addressed directly to my new home. Creating a Service Request online was unhelpful; it was closed one day later without resolving my problem and they never reached out with any questions. Minus 1 star for that frustrating experience. However, I went in person and the carrier was very helpful. They went into the mail room to investigate and found that the previous owner had placed a mail hold, and hand delivered all my wrongfully held mail. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.”

“I have nothing but phenomenal things to say about Brad and the USPS team here on Milwaukee Street. I was planning my move cross country and Brad was there. Walked me through the A-Z simply and made the entire process a piece of cake. If you’re looking for assistance I highly recommend Brad and this office!!”
