“I’m gonna say just one thing about this place in terms of their mini-market. It was pretty busy, and usually one ends up standing in line while a single cashier works through the customers. This place had THREE cashiers ready to go. So no wait. It was a shock, but a good one.”

“I have just been attended by Amanda at the Casey’s in Monticello, Wisconsin. She was helpful, kind, generous, and utterly genuine. She would not accept a tip, and when I asked if I could speak to her store manager to complement her service, she told me she WAS the store manager…
When I then asked if I could speak to a regional manager or something, she said that I could leave a comment on the website, which I am doing.
Thank you, Amanda, and thank you Casey’s for hiring such excellent staff. I have a long trip ahead of me, and will definitely drive the next couple of hours with a smile and a happy heart.”
