“We originally went to the Brookfield location looking to switch providers and mainly get a lower phone bill. We left being offered a higher phone plan if we traded in our phones. At the Waukesha location, we got help immediately with getting set up with a much cheaper phone plan if we kept our phones. We were happy to save money and feel heard. I highly recommend to go to this location over the standard branch locations for USCellular if you are looking for honest help. They truly care and will listen and help you with whatever your goal may be with your phone plan or phones. We will stick with driving further to this location over the branch location any day.”

Was in desperate need and he stayed calm and him and the gm calmly explained to me what it is that I would need and we came to a great understanding and got what I need and even picked up Internet there for 55 a month compared to spectrum rising prices which I had and they saved me a lot of money and it was professional and courteous in every way. Even explaining to an employee to not play on his phone in front of the customers. I had my three kids with me and they just welcomed me and and got me taken care of. “I had been a lifelong AT&T customer that slowly became disenchanted with my cell and data coverage service. My wife and I began experiencing dropped calls and dead spots where data was simply unavailable. A work colleague introduced us to the T-Mobile store in New Berlin WI. The staff at the T Mobile store was extremely helpful and conducted a very thorough cost saving comparison. I wasn’t sure whether the actual estimated cost savings (monthly savings of $150+ over cost of AT&T) would really pan out or not. In addition, the staff led by Danielle and assisted by Katie and Evan helped us to move 9 nine phone lines, and then upgrade 5 of them to the newest iPhone 16 Pro phones (all of which were in stock at our local store that same day). In the end, my wife and I simply wanted faster more reliable data coverage. Well, after our first full month of service and billing with T Mobile I can honestly say that we obtained all of the estimated cost savings on our very first monthly bill (we didn’t have to wait 3 billing cycles…) and the quality, signal strength and reliability of our data coverage was truly remarkable.”
